Eden House is truly the best hotel in Wuzhen. This is our second time staying here, and once again the experience was exceptional. We arrived early in the morning, and the hotel still arranged for someone to meet us and help us check in smoothly. They even recommended a wonderful restaurant and took great care when handling and delivering our luggage.
A special thanks to the customer service manager, Xiao Xu, who provided outstanding and highly professional service throughout our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Eden House and will definitely come back again !

I loved my stay at Eden Clubhouse. Our room was clean and had a bathtub in the middle and a sky roof. We were first told the special morning breakfast in the old city was not available and shortly after told it was. Would have been a disappointment if it wasn’t because we booked this hotel for this reason. I feel it should be guaranteed. When we booked with Trip.com, the cost of the stay was locked and we had to pay again at the hotel. We got back the money only after 30 days, which I didn’t like because I would have preferred the money to be returned once we paid up in the hotel.

因為帶長者出行 所以選擇景點裏麪的酒店。景點酒店相對貴一點，選了相對便宜口碑不錯的宜園。從入住酒店的前一天 酒店工作人員開始聯繫 提供入住訊息 到達當日在停車場等候 接待入店 各種仔細耐心的講解和貼心服務。酒店自帶庭院 客房有小陽台 各種用品也很地道 特別為長者提供洗澡用的凳子
酒店客人免門票和景區內接駁車費用 性價比很高的酒店 很好的一次入住體驗

Have a great experience with this hotel stay, it is a very impressed hotel with its large gardens and very cultural heritage charms. Very exclusive and my private butter xiao Wen (小雯）is working very hard to make our stay a memorable and incredible experiences. A unforgettable great hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a night, two nights should be a must. Will be back!

We have a very good time here. The service was amazing and the hotel is located very near to the shopping street. our personal butler was just awesome, she made sure that we had the best time there and answer to our inquiry promptly~ will definitely stay here again if we are back to wuzhen again~
