Beautiful hotel, room is on the 2nd floor have to use the stairs to get up. Overall location is in Xizha so it's very convenient. Services are good too.

1. The staff is helpful & friendly.
2. Buggy services provided within the town.
3. The furniture in the room is old & worn out. Recommended to refurbish.
4. Personal opinion that Wuzen is overrated. Things are very expensive inside the town!
5. The room we occupied, the wall is with an odour of water fungus
6. The morning breakfast in the hotel is good.
7. Recommended to experience the 早茶客 in the morning of it's kind.
8. The canal scenery is beautiful at night with the lights on.

The staff are very helpful. They assist us on luggage handling and are attentive to our requests. The room is well stocked with toiletries. It is a nice resort with easy reach to food and boat rides. Rustic feel and quiet

位置相當優越。不足之處是這麼大的酒店，前台電話居然佔線，不知道是不是衹有一條線，接通以後，我還沒明白，小姐姐就急於掛線，很費解。另外，酒店太大了，住東區，去大堂和餐廳都很遠，費腳

Service was mainly very good except for one incident at the check in counter witnessed by me where the receptionist was rude to a customer.

Nice hotel. Very huge. Rooms were big. Stayed on the upper level. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with mixture of western and chinese food. Recommend to stay a night at the scenic area. Wuzhen at night is marvellous.

在西柵景區最核心的位置，過河就是主街，早晨去早茶客也就幾分鐘路程，非常方便。酒店其實是一排排的民宿，早晚沒有人的時候，恍惚穿越到了古代的感覺。
酒店應該是不太新，裝修設施都有點老了，房間也比較小，但整體衞生乾淨，還有小點心水果。
對於在烏鎮內遊玩來説，算是很不錯的選擇。
