Traveled as a family of five to stay in this hotel. Had a wonderful time and received very hospitable service from the staff here. Staff were friendly and ready to support in any way possible.

帶一歲多的寶寶體驗了兩天一晚烏村遊，總體體驗不錯，房間乾淨服務也挺好的，就是景交車需要等待，小月齡可玩的項目不多，等大了再去一次！

房間挺乾淨的，配套的用品也齊全 主要是非常好玩，體驗了很多項目，但因為我們沒有一價全包 所以大部分是要額外付費的，下次可以看看一價全包劃不划算
一定要天氣好的時候去，大户外太舒服了！！

滿懷期待的來了，可能是期待值太高，又撞上浙江的秋假，整體體驗感不太理想，首先是房間問題，他們家的房間價格是根據窗户大小來設定的（窗户決定了房間價格），其次是洗澡熱水問題，早上起來洗澡，洗澡水忽燙忽冰（這個問題反映後當時經理帶着修理人員過來處理了，為表示歉意還贈了小禮物，其實晚上發現還是沒修好），最後作為一個親子酒店，在接待大量遊客的時候沒有做到很好的動線和服務，比如坐接駁車到酒店門口，進去後沒有指引辦理入住的工作人員、比如親子體驗沒有給住店客人任何優先特權和服務（那就失去了住在親子酒店的意義），再比如酒店網上放的套餐太多，眼花繚亂……

去了不知道幾十次了，活動很豐富，大人小孩都很開心，一如既往的好玩。
但現在人真的太多了，吃飯都要排隊，磨坊隨便一排就是30個號起等，主幹道上沒有一刻安靜。
雖然知道酒店也要賺錢，但真的很懷念那個安靜休閑的烏村。是我心裏的世外桃源。

首先表揚一下，贈送了小童早餐還主動升級了房型。
服務方面，有的工作人員還不錯，比較熱情，但是整體不佳，估計是入住率太高壓力大，部分工作人員説話有時候夾槍帶棒，這個需要統一一下培訓標準。
衞生確實差，房間裏選擇了布藝的沙發和床腳凳，污跡斑斑，難以接受，房間入住的時候窗户還是脱軌的，後來才維修好，硬件條件不佳。
酒店早餐廳很大，但是調度不佳，導致需要排隊吃早飯，排隊進入後發現裏面大量空座位沒人及時清掃，取的乾淨餐盤上還發現有殘羹。
酒店外賣需要客户自己到一樓取，在表示不滿後工作人員幫助送上樓了，之後應該配置機器人送比較方便。
小童入住需要補西柵景區和烏村的門票，西柵的票應該買，國家5A級景區。但是烏村也要單獨補票我認為是值得商榷的，酒店就在烏村，烏村本身也不是公營景區，就是酒店的親子樂園，烏村內很多遊玩設施也是單獨收費的，再需要門票才能入住酒店實屬捆綁收費，當然酒店認為自己合理那我們也衹能接受，衹是吃相難看一點，錢也不多，道理不通。
總之如果為烏鎮西柵而來，住一住也沒什麼，一個落腳酒店而已。如果是為親子遊樂而來，實在是大可不必，期待越高，失望越大。

早餐：滿分，熱情，服務好，燒的好吃，品種多。
房間：夠大，有孩子喜歡的浴缸，但是太熱了，沒有睡好，好在服務總體還是加分的，還有缺少小童洗浴用品（如果可以有，是錦上添花）。隔音很好，幾乎沒有聽到房間外的聲音。
方便：有接駁車，司機師傅個個都很熱情，非常方便。

設施：非常完善，調度車多，去景點非常方便；小朋友用的各種用品齊全；房間有直飲水
衞生：打掃很乾凈，衞生間配有消毒濕巾和一次性馬桶墊，房間的帳篷也很乾凈
環境：很安靜，在景區裏面，西柵景區烏村來去很方便，綠化好負離子含量很高，小朋友玩的項目也多
服務：值得稱讚，工作人員態度都很好，有問必答的，回覆消息也很快，我們退房後去西柵為了買文創出景區也幫忙對接再進來。
