First time staying at Plataran group hotel & resorts and it was a very pleasant experience. From reception process, checking in and everything else, the staffs are very helpful and considerate. We ordered 2 attic rooms for our family, since it is on the same floor we can use the common area living room all to ourselves. We only booked for one night stay, hopefully we can come back for more. Keep up the good work.

Everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing and their service especially made us feel very welcoming and comfortable. The views are incredible and we literally felt like we were living above the clouds, it was an experience like no other.

Outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived. Snack, drinks and shoulder massage are provided while we waiting the room to be ready. All the service staff are warm, attentive and consistently professional. The cleanliness and comfort of the facilities truly enhanced our experience. The in house morning walk and resort tour added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Overall, it's truly memorable and stress relieving staycation.

We merely stayed for 1 night and only managed to explore the nursery / outdoor garden - everything was SO PRETTY.
Very very hospitable and helpful team - Staff offered to pack breakfast from the breakfast buffet to our room if we couldn't make it back in time after our Mt Bromo tour (we made it back in time but still grateful for the offer). Wide range of meal options aside from breakfast.
The only downside is that it's located at the top of the hill I.e extra travelling time. But tbh this place has everything and you can probably chill within the resort for 3 days to recharge away from the city. Star gazing was such a treat.
It can get pretty cold at night; Temperature in the day is already ~15-18°C.
Highly recommend to book a stay!

Excellent service and staff are all super friendly and ready to assist at any time. We enjoyed the serenity of the mountain and touring the grounds, especially the greenhouse and feeding the merinos!

I had a wonderful experience at Plataran Bromo. The standout feature of my stay was definitely the exceptional staff service - the team was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit.
