We have stayed at places across Bosnia and Herzegovina - and given the size and scale of Travnik, this was much better than expected! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great (literally opposite the fortress), the room was clean with much needed A/C and there was ample parking (a great consideration for us). Totally recommend if you need a comfy place to overnight in Travnik.

I do not recommend this place. Unfriendly service. After drinking coffee in their restaurant I could not use the toilet because I was not a hotel guest, that's what I was told. Not nice

There are not so many options as hotels in Travnik and we decided to stay in this place because of its location across the castle. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind both in the reception and the restaurant. They offered baklava in the breakfast and it was delicious.

The room was mostly fine (comfortable bed, working AC, refrigerator) except for a few quirks (no shampoo, cheap thin bathroom towels, smell of cigarette and air freshener). The breakfast buffet, however, was terrible (dirty tablecloth, cold overcooked fried eggs, mediocre food). The location right next to the fortress is great, but at the same time the hotel’s appearance clashes with the beautiful surroundings.

While the rooms weren't big, the overall color scheme was soothing, and the hotel was clean and pleasant. The location offers a direct access (few foot steps) to a wonderful tourist attraction: the nearby Travnik castle.
