But pay attention! When booking, you need to leave your mobile phone with Ctrip. When checking in at the hotel, you need to download the hotel app and then use your mobile phone to log in, self-check in, open the door, etc. If you use a Ctrip agent mobile phone, you will not receive the verification code. The hotel office hours are until 4 pm. After that, it will be more troublesome to find someone to solve it. This time I checked in at 7pm. When I encountered the above problem, I contacted Ctrip. The Ctrip housekeeper actively assisted in contacting the agent and hotel staff. Finally, after waiting for an hour, the hotel staff came back to help open the door. Ctrip also called back afterward to pay attention to the check-in situation. The good attitude is worthy of recognition! Thank you!
