Nice place near to moana sapa… however service not so good.. already reach there around 7pm but still need to wait for half hour to check in as only 1 counter is open… breakfast have limited food… not much variety…

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Wonderful service, environment and overall a great and wonderful stay. Hotel also provides wonderful breakfast and services for private car, which made it easier and safer to travel to the POI that are further away, like heavens gate and etc.

I’m so glad that I booked this hotel. It is just beside Moana. You can literally have the eagle’s eye view of the place. I love the breakfast, lots of food choices, love the breads. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with our limousine ride back to Hanoi and they helped us booked a sleeper bus going back to Hanoi. Rooms are decent. Love the roof deck view.

Pao's is a really cool place. In a town with so many tiny hotels with very little personality and design, Pao feels great and looks great. We enjoyed the beautiful vistas from their huge balconies and it was just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, so you could enjoy a quiet environment in a hotel that felt modern and beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful too. The garden and common areas are very beautiful too.

Excellent stay at Pao, staff is lovely and help us in taking showers early in morning before check in and provide all the information. Only downside was air conditioning is not cool enough in the room and water pressure is not strong in the shower, Staff service is top notch. Also very close to Moana Cafe

very good. Near town area. Only abt 1km to Sun Plaza where one can board train / cable car to Fansipan. Wide choice of breakfast. . Regular free shuttle bus.
