KK Sapa Hotel

Excellent View!!! We were fortunate that we had 2 days of clear sky and we could see the beauty of the mountain in front of our room. Everything is perfect, internet, wifi, amenities in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa. From the moment we checked in, Mr. Kevin took excellent care of us — ensuring our room was ready, checking in on us throughout the stay, and following up even until check-out. His service was absolutely outstanding. We also enjoyed a beautiful mountain view from our room, which made the experience even more memorable. The staff overall did their best to accommodate our needs. Do note that the hotel charges VND 500,000 for a child sharing a bed and VND 700,000 for an extra bed. The hotel’s restaurant and spa offer discounts for in-house guests, and we highly recommend the Level 1 restaurant. The manager was very accommodating with our special dietary requirements, and the spa staying open till late was a big plus. We chose these services at the hotel instead of those many on the street and wasn’t disappointed. However, we did encounter one disappointing incident at the Level 15 coffee lounge. Although we were seated for about 30 minutes and had already started ordering from the menu provided by the waiter, the restaurant manager approached us to say that the seats were reserved. This was puzzling given that many other seats were empty. If the seats were truly reserved, we felt the situation could have been handled better by offering us similar available seats instead. In the end, we cancelled our order and left. Despite this incident, the many positives at the hotel made our overall stay enjoyable, and we appreciate the hospitality provided. We hope this hotel staff is trained for better hospitality and managing guests.

Nice spacious room with a nice garden balcony. Surprise anniversary set up and cake. The location is a bit far from Sapa Square, about 5 mins ride away and up the mountain. But from the hotel's 15th storey, there's a connection to Muong Hoa shopping street, about 5 mins walk away.

hotel room is clean and nice and quite big but the toilet is quite small but there is bathtub as well. breakfast is good and many choices.

Amazing location!!! Love the cleanliness, the location! The foods! The only thing I was not satisfied was the fact that I couldn’t stay long. Willl def come back again.

Great hotel located not too far from all the hot spots. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well maintained and offers amazing views from the rooms! One of the most scenic hotels in Sapa.
