The front desk service is very rude, first of all, never inform me need to check out at 11am, second, call the room at 12 and demand payment after 12, and say late check out is impossible at 1pm and just hang up the phone, when I argue with hotel front desk, the boss comes out, so she denied everything she said and pretend very innocent as she just kindly speak to me, and told me 1pm is ok, but 3pm is impossible (which I never ask 3pm), I am happy with the hotel in terms of design and also I respect the owner put so much effort into the details but I have to say the second stay (this is second time I stayed at this hotel) the front desk lady who I cannot remember the name is either roll her eyes when I request something or rudely speaking and hang up people, and make up what I didn’t say, so very negative on the choice of the stuff, I wish they can be trained better.

Хороший отель недалеко от центра, вторая линия от реки, рядом парк. Номера просторные, высокие потолки, удобная кровать, хороший санузел. Завтрак по-итальянски хороший (разве что фруктов и овощей немного маловато). Район изобилует барами, кафе и ресторанами. Есть своя платная крытая парковка, которую надо бронировать заранее. Парковка расположена несколько далековато (идти минут 15 быстрым шагом, но это такой район - там еще и ZTL ограничение по проезду по утрам работает, так что будьте осмотрительны) и дорога к парковке не самая очевидная, особенно в конце, особенно если ремонты на улочках. В целом - однозначно рекомендуем.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff and service were outstanding. For a seamless transfer to the hotel, I recommend booking the airport transfer through the hotel. A luxurious car will arrive to pick you up at the terminal. The hotel is modernised, but you may notice some noise in the mornings as people wake up and as rooms next to you are cleaned early.

Stayed two nights in Turin. We had a bright, comfortable room at Opera 35 which is well located near big square and easy walk to sites. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

A last-minute trip so hurriedly organised but absolutely no complaints about our choice. Lovely hotel in the 19C Palazzo Borgo - the apparently an award-winning conversion from a local architect - in a quiet, upmarket area. Cool modern design complemented by friendly and helpful staff. Will most definitely return.
