房間非常寬敞，設施齊全。環境優美，幽靜。晚飯後可以在院子裏散步。一覺睡到天亮，沒有噪音干擾。早餐非常豐富，停車位充足。以後來吐魯番就住這裏了！

據説是政府接待的，環境很好，距離葡萄溝走路20分鐘吧。衹是服務讓人覺得和環境有點不搭：我們訂的三人間，應該是帶沙發的那種，但在辦理入住時，兩個前台小美女在聊天，還問我是不是三人間，我明確是，結果到了房間才發現是個兩人間，三個人咋睡啊？打電話説搞錯了，給我們換同樓層的房間，好啊，結果進去一看，沒有沙發不説，根本就是兩人間改的三人間，衹有一個牀頭櫃，兩張床共用，上面也衹有一個充電插座，另一張床沒有牀頭櫃更沒有充電器可以用！！我當時就提出了疑問，説讓我們等，等了20分鐘左右，沒有任何消息，我們自駕好累想躺着，還有行程呢！就打電話説不換了。緊接着不想下去車裡拿水，就想着讓服務員送3瓶水，前台説可以。一會又打電話説，一瓶要收2塊錢，因為房間裏已經配了三瓶水。那為什麼接電話時不直接説呢？業務不熟練嗎？而且我們在南疆走了一路，所住的賓館都會額外再送3瓶水的。不是多要水要收費的問題，從一開始分錯房，又分錯房型，再到等待……讓之前看到賓館環境的驚喜盪然無存，失望啊！賓館的設施也有點老了，還説時他們最新的樓，希望能加強服務，別辜負了好名頭和好環境！

房間進去就是一股尿騷味，衞生間地面腳踩着粘鞋底，衞生間尿騷味很重，淋浴剛剛打開都是黃水，懷疑該房間很久都沒人使用了，還是那一樓最後一個房間，感覺跟**一樣…………早餐種類豐富，很喜歡，衞生環境不滿意。
