We do travel to get new experience and emotion. Staying in the hotel its more about emotion. I came to the hotel with my son on his birthday. I informed hotel by email in advance about it. What hotel did: - put color paper Happy Birthday at the dinner table :( - I was told by reception at check in 0 they do not do anything - just table decoration.... - the waiter came with half of the them extinguished candles or they not lit at all. - the way=iter came with it so quietly (but its a birthday of the child)...... I predict that hotel do not want or do not know how to make emotion for a kids and I brought a fresh 2 mango and ask them to cut and make some kind of cake. They cut it by many pieces and that's all. Looks like restaurant team do not know how t cut mango and how to decorate.....

This resort was absolutely incredible for the price! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and evening meal. While there was only three choices given, they had a buffet with a ton of side options. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite not having a 24/7 front desk, the hotel did a good job of accomidating all needs. We arrived at 11pm and someone was there to help us in. My only wish was that there was more information on how to rent kayaks, bikes, etc at the hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to others.

Its fine Hotel in 70ties style, only 100 meters far from slope, unique view to see from balcony/pool. Very good half-board. Well managed hotel with fine staff.

We booked “mountains view” room, but view was absolutely terrible as window was against building. At our complaint we received a very impolite response from the lady in charge at Reseption desk. Her behavior was unacceptable, just thanks to supervisor the conflict was resolved to our satisfaction. The rest of our stay was wonderful, nice restaurant, good spa area. It’s just a pity that one person can spoil in general very good impression of the hotel.

Very kind stuff and nice, pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is “old-style 80ies” still very cosy, clean and pleasant. It is directly on the slope, which is great adventage. We had breakfast and dinner included in price and the food was good and enough options to choose from.

Very good for family with kids. Well equipped with nice pool and spa. Spacious and convenient ski room with ski in/out access (some 100 meters walking needed). Hote is very clean. Breakfast is very rich but dinner meals are sometimes just average quality, but overall ok. Mattresses might need replacement as they are on the soft side leaning towards edge of the bed. The area is very nice with lots of bluse slopes for beginner but some nice reds for advanced skiers. The village has limited dining opportunities but when having half-board it is no problem. I’ve been there 3 times and will come again:)
