Fabulous in every way, over the top service and friendly, helpful staff. This is the best option by far for a hotel adjacent to the main sights of Valletta and it is literally across the street from the central bus station which will get you all over the island of Malta. Perhaps my best 5 star hotel experience ever.

We ahvestayed in this hotel many times over the last 25 years, and this shall not be our last. ALL members of staff are friendly, efficient, helpful, and welcoming, which plays no small part in making every stay most enjoyable.. Thhotel is convenint for the town of Valetta and for transport to other places on the Island. Rooms are very pleasant, airy ,light and spotlessly clean. The outdoor pool area is very pleasant with very attentive staff..

We can’t recommend The Phoenicia enough, we’ve been raving about it to all our friends and family since we’ve been home. The location is perfect for exploring Valetta for a start, but the level of service from all staff members take hotel service to another level. We enjoyed the beautiful interior, pool, spa , bar and breakfast. We stayed in a room with 2 balconies at the front of the hotel and didn’t hear any noise from the road. Go… you won’t be disappointed. We are planning our return in December.

Our third year staying at this hotel which in itself says it all. The service and friendliness of the staff is consistently great whether at breakfast, dinner, in the bar or poolside. We have never been disappointed with our room or the cleanliness. Back next year and taking friends along. I am sure they will love the hotel as much as we do.
