When booking you see this fancy building and all these nice photos BUT the actual hotel is only the first 4 floors…. The breakfast wasn’t all that great kind of mix and match from Costco and jimmy joes convenience store over 2 blocks.

Really nice hotel in a position close to lots of eating places and coffee shops. Went for a really long walk along the waterfront and around Stanley Park. Lovely to come back footsore and jump in the hot tub. Friendly staff too.

What touched us even more was the thoughtful extra effort — the team even rearranged breakfast times so our guests could make it to their morning meeting without stress. We stayed for 2 nights in a standard king room in mid October. The room was clean and spacious. Location was pretty unbeatable - you're in the middle of downtown Vancouver on Robson Street. There's no shortage of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. We got our coffee from lovelarte (a cafe with good reviews) each morning. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Our flight home was at midnight and we wanted to check out as late as possible. In the end, we granted us a late check out and we paid an additional CAD100 to check out at 3pm. Past that timing, they'd have to charge for another night. The lobby is also pretty comfortable (with free apples and water). Overall, a good stay at great value (250CAD++ a night).
