Amazing place to stay n loving staff mainly Pem, Ravi ,Prachi n Jyothi

Very near n clean n near to all the amenities near by
Food n breakfast also awesome
Used their hotel cab service also good n price also reasonable n it’s worth n feel safe if ur tourist n also no need to have a guide also
Can request the room environment of our choice quiet , near lift or away etc
Over all very good if i have any membership or any rewards u can check staff have lots of patience to hear us n provide the details

Hotel services were great. Breakfast and dinner had many choices to choose from. Staff is really cooperative. Room is clean with twice cleaning. I recommend this hotel

The food was excellent. Do try the nonveg platter & Banarasi thali. Our server Madina was so sweet and she helped us pick alternatives to the food in the platter to match our preference. This is a must visit place for everyone.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Taj Ganges and the property was delightful in every way. The warm greeting and the flute player in the lobby set the ambience for the stay. The property is undergoing construction work but this did not impact our stay. We enjoyed the pool area in the afternoons and had breakfast and dinner inhouse. The staff are what makes this property exceptional. You are remembered and greeted by name with warmth. Ritishna in the restaurant went out of her way to be helpful and kind as did the gentleman in the bar. Hussein in the Spa has magic hands and we returned twice for massage treatments by Hussein. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and hope to return.

I had a wonderful experience at Taj Ganges. The front desk staff Yatika was extremely good and made us feel home. I celebrated my birthday in Varanasi and it was the best experience too.
