這個酒店在科莫湖的邊上，是索倫託小鎮的中心位置，是一幢古老的別墅，走幾步就是小鎮中心教堂和鐘樓。
小鎮不大，但是非常漂亮，臨科莫湖而建，旁邊有個山，山上還有個城堡，整個小鎮逛一圈要半天時間，登上城堡可以俯瞰科莫湖風光。
環境：環境真的超美，開窗就是科莫湖，出門左轉就是小鎮中心位置，吃飯很方便。
衞生：衞生間條件不錯，有淋浴房，地磚很有藝術感，床品不錯，床超級大。
設施：古堡上面的房間，是個閣樓，樓下是餐廳，早晨服務員準備早餐有點吵，設施相對陳舊些，隔音效果一般。

This hotel and its sister hotel down the street were such a surprise in a great way! We had three adults in a Suite with two levels and it worked perfectly. The room was large, the a/c worked well and the lake view was incredible. The concierge Dali (shared with the sister hotel Royal Victoria) was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and really cared about connecting us with local places. She listened to what we wanted and suggested things we never would have tried including a trip to a nearby town for an authentic Italian experience and an amazing dinner in a charming small restaurant. The boat ride that she arranged for us with Zano was exactly what we described. She really seems to listen. Marco was also extremely helpful with helping us get our bags to the dock for transport to our next hotel! Can’t say enough about the staff at these two hotels. The bartender at the Royal Victoria was also very customer focused making amazing custom cocktails for us late night and so personable. He seemed to really care about the visitors.

Not up to 5* standards. Our stay was disappointing overall. We had to wait quite a while for our rooms. When we finally checked in, the first room had an unpleasant smell, so we asked to change. I did initially ask if the rooms are separate for pets as I have an allergy. The hotel feels very outdated and definitely not worth the price. Breakfast was okay, had a small variety of cakes and pastries. The location and views are beautiful, but the rooms need serious improvement. We also used the sister hotels beach which was lovely. For our departure the shuttle service was appreciated however wish they had it from the bus stops as well as we had to walk and it’s hard with luggage and mobility issues. There was wedding which closed the balcony and main hotel areas so bare this in mind.

Hotel is in a stunning location, the views are spectacular. We were at a family wedding and the wedding area , etc was stunning, however if you were not attending the wedding you were restricted to where you could go in the hotel . The rooms on the photos do not reflect the room we had, ours was very old and dated , we we in a separate location to the main hotel , with lots of steps and nothing like the website, so for what we paid i feel like we have been misled on what we were expecting and do feel its very overpriced. The breakfast choice was lovely, plenty of options to choose from and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, however we did book 2 rooms and my family had the other room which had the heating on which was boiling, our room had air conditioning, bu the other room we were told the air con was not available as the heating was on! , we had to insist on getting the heating turned off as it was just too hot. The bells start ringing at 7am so keep this in mind Overall the hotel is good at weddings and the setting is lovely!

Traveled to Verenna Italy for my Son's wedding. Verenna sits on Lake Como and may be the most spectacular location I've ever visited. Hotel Villa Cipressi is absolutely stunning inside and out. The staff members were the utmost professionals and were friendly and helpful in every way. Their coordination with all Parties involved in the wedding was flawless. The Welcome Reception, Wedding, and meal were perfect! Highly recommend this Hotel as well as the town of Verenna!

Very nice hotel in an amazing location and beautiful views. The staff are great, good breakfast and our room was very nice. However, we paid €800+ for a three-person room for one night and had a wedding reception right outside the window. It seemed charming and funny until the band set up right under the window at 9pm and played for several hours. The hotel really should inform you that there is going to be a party outside and give you the opportunity to look elsewhere.
