Aman Venice的整體環境還不錯，位於大運河旁，建築本身有歷史韻味，也延續了Aman一貫的靜謐優雅風格。然而，設施相對普通，沒有太多驚喜，也沒有達到奢華酒店應有的標準。服務則令人失望，是此次入住最大的槽點。員工大多是當地人，培訓水平有限，對酒店本身的情況也不熟悉。入住時候給我們講解的工作人員連樓層都會講錯。
尤其要提醒的是，千萬不要使用酒店的洗衣服務。我送去熨燙的一套全新西裝，熨完後竟沾上了熨斗水垢，明顯是設備多年未清潔所致。但酒店不僅沒有承擔責任，反而推給我自己，態度敷衍，甚至沒有一句道歉。作為Aman品牌旗下的酒店，這樣的服務水準確實不應該出現。
整體而言，Aman Venice在硬件和服務方面都不及其他Aman酒店，建議放低期待，體驗上更像是“換了殼”的精品酒店，而非真正的Aman水準。

訂的基礎房型，特殊十週年的紀念，到了説希望升級，結果是自費升級的。花了錢的房間當然更好，但是基礎已經不便宜了，這次紀念日過得相當奢華。
作為威尼斯八座宮殿之一的硬件環境，本身是值得專程體驗的人生目的地。服務人員也很熱情，酒店專門送了香檳，是一次完美旅程。
