I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed my time. The room and bathroom were lovely and very clean. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk to the centre. Receptionists and barman were extremely kind, friendly, and professional, which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was average, but since it was included in the price, it was perfectly fine. The only downside was that there were no USB charging ports in the room, which would have been useful. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay — I would recommend it.

The overwhelming feeling after staying at this hotel is that the staff are entirely indifferent to their customers. On arrival, the lady on reception didn't respond to my husband's attempts to make conversation. She just handed him the key. On departure, there was no attempts to ask if we'd had a nice stay, just a question about the mini bar. The rooms were a decent size, a double and single bed, plenty of room for the luggage. The towels were particularly nice and large. The hotel was hugely let down by it's poor breakfast offering. If you wanted fresh orange juice or eggs, you had to pay extra. The selection of cold cuts, cheeses wasn't particularly good. A lot of breakfast items were prepackaged and the coffee from the machine was terrible. We noticed most of the staff drinking coffee from the proper machine at the bar. In the end I took the Nescafe sachets from the room so at least the coffee was drinkable. The hotel was really lacking in any kind of atmosphere. It's not somewhere I would recommend staying at all. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station.
