一人帶2個大行李再次入住，櫃檯小姐卻安排至超級遠的小房間且不同於之前較大房的質感，被褥都較舊且有潮味，有含早餐的訂程卻未主動給予餐券，隔日早上還要溝通查很久才給折扣卡，不知道是溝通不良還是有點受歧視，可惜了這麼喜歡的優質酒店，接待人員若多些友善對應會更好。
