Situated close to town and all the amenities, would definitely stay there if we went again .

I fractured my shoulder at Mt Cook the day before I was due to check in and wasn't able to travel/drive. Asked hotel for a refund and was refused, despite showing documentation from both hotel and hospital regarding my accident.
I understand that the hotel has no obligation to assist me, but the lack of compassion and understanding leaves a lot to be desired, and we will most definitely not choose this hotel given another chance.

Handy little motel. Close to shopping centre,food shops and eateries. Neat little kitchen. Great bed , but pillows like rocks.
