房間衞生乾淨，沒得説！瘦瘦的美女前台服務態度很好，非常熱情，所有需求都會盡全力解決 滿足，酒店餐廳的飯菜很好吃，而且價格也很親民，酒店得兩個服務員也很熱情，很敬業！此次烏蘭布統之旅君瀾給我一個很好的體驗！

房間帶有陽台，視野比較好，環境及衞生都不錯，停車很方便，整體服務人員都很熱情，前台服務人員很貼心的，會告知客人這邊一些注意事項及出遊路線，很贊👍 酒店無論是硬件還是軟件都非常讓人滿意。尤其現在過來度假的，室外很冷，房間內是地暖，温度剛好，很暖和很暖和的，退房時還送了小掛件，下次塞罕壩之行必住君瀾！

床有些中間高兩邊底，不舒服。酒店位置比較好，前後院風景很好，但是停車位置不太夠。早餐一般，西餐基本不行，中餐花樣也少，基本都是冷凍食品做的，沒有現做，感覺人手不足。而且國慶假期人多，供應明顯不足。好處是衞生，不會踩坑。客房服務不錯，因為要簡單洗衣服，房間沒有配備香皂肥皂，打電話給客房部，馬上給送來了洗衣液。

塞罕壩最好的酒店，那塞罕壩也沒什麼好酒店，前台服務員説話沖，問她酒店今年營業到什麼時候，愣愣的來個不知道，就跟剛來上班一樣，沒參加過酒店的培訓嗎？一點都不知道怎麼和客人溝通，不符合要求五星的素質。看樣子平時也沒什麼績效考核，就是混日子。然後晚餐定的烤羊腿，到了餐廳以後也沒什麼人，就隨便坐了，然後過來個穿大衣女士説您的座位在那邊，和別的客人挨着的，我心想都沒幾個人，我們保持點距離怎麼了，人家聊天，我也想安靜，這就不行了，立馬就掉臉子不高興了，一個男士説那就轉個台吧，不吭聲轉身就走了，這事就過去了，一會菜上來了，我可以説，真的是我吃過最差的羊腿，還有小白菜蘑菇這個，竟然是一大盆菜湯，也不註明，把菜撈着吃了，再來説早餐，不好不壞，品種少，喝點咖啡就算了吧！這也就這樣了，肯定不能再來的一個地方，各位慎重！

設施：應該是附近最好配置的酒店了，定的複式房型，裏面小朋友的東西也很齊全；
衞生：乾淨整潔；
環境：離烏蘭布統很近，20分鐘就到了；
服務：前台小姐姐給升級了複式裏的親子房型，小朋友非常喜歡，最後還免費贈送了一人份的早餐，整體體驗感特別好。

酒店設施環境用餐都很不錯～尤其是員工服務超級好，遇到的每個人都很nice～前台的小姐姐有問必答，還會幫忙介紹我們想玩的項目；餐廳的小姐姐有求必應，滿足了我“粉絲”個性菜的創意。總之，春節的塞罕壩之旅，冰雪耍的冰爽刺激～食宿過的温暖貼心～推薦大家塞罕壩君瀾～
