Asked the receptionist multiple times to call when room was ready, never called. Room had spider webs all across the doorways.

We specifically went for the Gilmore Girls getaway . Overall, even in spite of the delightfully creative fall package (dinner, picnic, spa treatment, tea) it was spectacular service and amenities. Good Food and Spa treatments complement the stay. Great rooms, clean, up to date features, very thoughtful service oriented approach with the guests in mind.

The Delamare West Hartford is a fabulous place to stay. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is impeccable. I can't wait to visit again. The general manager Mr. Sedek Elarabi and his staff is the absolutely best.

What a wonderful time we’ve had at the lovely hotel Delamar. It was absolutely beautiful with stunning locations and fantastic, helpful staff. Unfortunately I injured myself a few weeks before the holiday. The hotel staff really couldn’t do enough for me, it made all the difference and it was much appreciated. I would 100 percent return to this gem of a hotel. Literally no faults.
