訂的房間含早晚餐，辦理入住前台提示僅訂了含早餐的，給了個名片讓自己寫郵件反饋，寫了之後石沉大海。
入住當晚沒法吃晚餐後，第二天早去餐廳，被告知無法吃早餐，讓與訂房間app也就是攜程聯繫。後經協商確認房間含早晚餐，終於在入住第二天晚吃上飯。但每次去餐廳，用餐房間均沒有我的房間，每次都需要等服務員跟前台確認，每次都需要等待，很無語。
後續協商退款兩次，第一次拖一天第二次拖到退房，退房以後説聯繫不上我無法處理。
這還不是最離譜的，房間消防報警器會每天誤報一兩次。
超級棒的體驗，沒法睡好覺不讓吃飯，這家新開的希爾頓無敵。
