Another excellent stay at this hotel which can only be described as industry leading on all levels. The Hilton Woking is a stunning new building with amazing views all the way to the London skyline. Everything about this place is spectacular and an experience. The rooms are spacious, modern and exceptionally well equipped. Being a Hilton Diamond member myself and my family are regulars with the brand and this hotel wipes the floor with all of the London offerings and I would honestly say that this is the finest Hilton property in the UK currently. It’s well worth a visit and definitely worth opting for an executive room (all high floor with great views) to get access to the very well equipped executive lounge on the 22nd floor. We’ve enjoyed the lounge twice now and it is an experience in itself. The food and drink offering is impressive, quality and plentiful. Going to the lounge is a true event in itself. The real aspect of this hotel which really sets it apart from the competition is the staff and management - it’s all well and good having a beautiful building and excellent facilities, but it’s the human factor which really makes a hotel tick and this place has an amazing team. I had the pleasure of meeting the Guest Services Manager, Paul Smith on my most recent stay and now it all makes sense as to why this hotel is at the high standard that it is - Paul is a charming gentleman who engages with all the guests and really cares about his hotel being the best that it can be. His attention to detail is exemplary and just observing him supporting his staff in the executive lounge when a group arrived it is clear that he leads by example and mucks in to support his team when they need it - it’s really nice to see a senior manager helping and supporting the team rather than being out of sight. He was present in all areas of the hotel and constantly correcting anything that wasn’t 100% to his high standard. Hilton are very lucky to have him in their management team - we are regular Four Seasons guests worldwide and their managers aren’t a patch on Paul! Skills like he has can’t be taught - it just comes naturally. We also met the lovely Elena from the housekeeping team when she brought some items to our room and she took the time to engage with the kids and talk about her passion for perfection in the hotel and this is a common pattern here - everyone is passionate. She was so lovely and had a great sense of humour. We really felt at home and welcome. Breakfast was amazing and very much enjoyed. The restaurant views from the 21st floor are out of this world and it was another great experience. Food is high quality and plentiful with such a generous variety of offerings. The ambience and attentiveness of all staff is again, industry leading. Absolutely amazing hotel. Service was excellent, Adnan and Phoebe were very attentive and had excellent customer service. Views are superb, breakfast was lovely - would definitely book again.
