不滿意，到了以後説什麼問題不能住，讓換去另外一個一公裡外的地方，實在太晚了，衹能接受，到了房間明顯沒有我定的好，我定的就是河邊的位置，換了的就完全不是我要的了，總之很不愉快，定了早餐，換了地方的沒有早餐，給了二張咖啡廳的券，説可以去吃，結果也沒看到在哪，懶得説了，總之不滿意，圖片是換到的酒店，可以對比一下跟這個酒店描述中的差距

첫날 체크인 프론틀르 찾아서 많은 시간을 보냈습니다. 그리고 예약한 방의 세탁기의 고장으로 문의하니 다음날 해결해준다고 해서 다음날 아침에 다시 확인후 외출하고 돌아왔는데, 문제는 해결되지않았습니다ㅡ 그리고 방을 바꿔준다고해서 짐을 옮겨서 다시 바꾼 방은 메인침실에 창문이 닫히지않았습니다 ㅡ이에 다시 해결을 문의하니 한시간만 기다려 달라고 해서 기다리니 창문이 고장이라서 수리를 맡겼는데 2주후에 고칠수있다고 했습니다 . 그리고 전체객실이 예약이 다되어서 더이상 어찌할수없다고 하였습니다. 우리에게 어찌하면 좋겠냐고 했습니다.
결국 아이도 있고 다른숙소를 예약하기도 늦은 시간이라서
세탁기 고장방에 1박, 창문고장방에 2벅을 하였습니다
브로츠와프가 구경거리도 많고 다 좋았지만
슉소문제로 시간과 맘이 상해서 별루였습니다
더시한번 브로츠와프에 간다면 이슉소에는 묵지않을겁니다
뷰가 조금 좋음거외에는 청소상태

The property is very luxurious, includes 3 seperate buildings but only one has a reception on site. One night people were screaming on the hallway and I was too scared to get out, and the door to the building that was supposed be locked, wasn’t. Still, property was beautiful with an amazing views. I was surprised there was no gym, and the jacuzzi on the roof it’s only attached to one specific room so I wasn’t able to use it. Overall I would give 4 stars, though I had concerns for my safety that one night.

It was a complicated visit; we flew to Wroclaw from East Midlands and stayed for a few days, mostly visiting the University. Then we drove to Mainz for the LoessFest meeting (and a visit to the Gutenberg Museum); drive back to Wroclaw and arrive feeling rather worn. Now we check-in to the Aparthotel and it was a very welcoming place. It was a very light apartment and for some reason the thing I remember was the reflections from the river, the play of light across our rooms. Of Wroclaw in general I enjoyed the ride on the river (do take a short cruise) and a Japanese restaurant I think called CUDO and the students cafeteria in the University where you pay for your food by weight- its a grand place to eat. Wroclaw looked very good.

Honestly the best stay we have ever had, the apartment is more of a house with the space you get, would love to go back again sometime, absolutely recommend, if you can book your stay here then do it
