Very nice hotel with best location for weekend time. Hotel in old, but clean and has some old charm. Very attentive stuff, good and variable breakfasts. Window view is amaizing. Recommend to stay for couple of days.

連住兩晚A樓，性價比和體驗感很高，是逢人都推薦的酒店！入住的房間是湖景房，在房間內就可以欣賞到湖景和摩天輪！
真的很欣賞這種老派風格，五十年歷史，經典的實木、大理石、飯店內的公共區域的園林都保養的非常好，賞心悦目！
早起獨自出來散步，看到的自然風景，湖面的波光粼粼，酒店內的一草一木，建築等等都滋養身心。自己彷彿能在百年樹身邊吸到能量，開展高能量的一天！
當然最讓我難忘的還是餐飲體驗，自助早餐很豐富，服務都很親切，總之都很對我胃口。包括小童樂園都能讓我當下放鬆！
適合遛娃並且追求身心放鬆，欣賞自然風景的我～

週末兩天酒店都有會議或者婚禮，但週六上午到的時候還是沒有等待直接辦了入住，上樓時工作人員還在檢查房間。洗護用品是jurlique的薰衣草系列，酒店整體符合五星標準，20層的湖景大大加分，直接靠窗沙發躺平看湖，五選一選了惠山古鎮（個人感覺一般），工作人員熱情，非常滿意

大愛A座家庭房，兩個房間空間大，隔斷好，一張一米八大床和兩張一米二的床，我們住六樓，窗外即可看到美麗的湖景！旁邊的太湖之星摩天輪實在是太美了！服務員態度特別好，熱情周到，有小童專門的沐浴用品，一樓還有小童樂園。酒店這個季節贈送的摩天輪券、咖啡券、觀光車券，超級貼心！另外在香樟廳的游泳池也是孩子們的最愛！下次去無錫還住君來湖濱飯店！

選的是性價比比較高的老樓，裝修確實有點年代感了，但是不影響入住的，酒店的一切服務設施都是可以正常使用，酒店位置很好，酒店區域內就有民國建築，園林，和湖景，很棒的酒店，性價比也很高，非常值得推薦

定了2間標準房，當天晚上到的，也沒留意房間外的景色，結果早上發現給的2間全部是朝北的，樓下望下去全是臟亂差，帶着小盆友，父母來的。這個前台酒店格局也太小了，2間至少給1間朝南的吧（能對着蠡園）的，房間還特別小，轉身都困難，其他硬件設施還不錯，但是年代比較久遠了。酒店中餐廳味道不錯，但是價格偏貴。

老牌五星級基本設施和服務都是有一定水準的，位置離太湖、蠡園、黿頭渚都近，酒店本身也有個小公園。衞生很好，用品都是品牌的。我們升級到了B樓還可以的。衹有淋浴間的噴頭有些老舊扳手不是特別靈活，建議提升。其他都很好不愧是五星酒店。那個環蠡湖的公交沒坐。

18年開始幾乎每年夏天都來一兩次，住出感情了，非常喜歡這家酒店的泳池，水質清澈，空間寬敞，人也不多，工作人員的服務態度也很出色。
這次因為我們到得比較早，原定的房間還沒收拾完，等了個把小時，前台小姐姐很積極地多次協調，之後換了房間並且升級，服務意識優越，可惜我近視+散光沒看清名牌，沒法具體表揚了。
客房服務人員看到我們是一家三口，特意送了小童洗浴套裝，很貼心。
唯一瑕疵是一樓大堂的沙發位比之前好像少了一些，而且空調有點不足，等待時挺熱的😂
