服務特別好，到停車場後會有工作人員開觀光車進行接送，加官方微信後有什麼需求都可以問，回覆很快態度很好。

酒店環境特別好，房間特別大，早餐也豐盛，入住後就有保潔來放水打掃湯池衞生。孩子玩的很開心。唯一不好的就是我一開始定的家庭房浴缸親子房，底下的小字顯示是私人温泉，就會誤以為那個房間也有湯池，結果前台登記的時候告知衹有浴缸，最後沒辦法又加💰升級了房型，這個有一點誤導。

小朋友在露台温泉池玩的很開心。水是有硫磺味道的黃色，不是自來水。酒店還提供了泳圈，小哥哥小姐姐們都很nice。小朋友們特別喜歡開熊貓接駁車的小楊。

詩經裏竹風堂温泉酒店，服務非常棒，有園區熊貓車到停車場來接。下午外面天氣熱，泡在露天的大浴缸裏，非常舒服，有遮陽傘一點都不曬，孩子在裏面玩了一個多小時才出來。早餐品類多，晚間園區裏的各種表演和活動也很豐富，還有免費的晚間甜湯、水果和漢服。總的體驗非常好，有機會還會再來！

泡澡的池子一股淡淡的油漆味，不知道是不是用油漆施工的，心裏不舒服！畢竟油漆超標對身體有很大的傷害，尤其是熱水！服務態度很好，竹風堂的服務都值得大大的5分！特別一提的是早餐，比袁家村的要好太多，是臨潼袁家村這三家中的第一名！
