Heavenly view with 5 stars service. Staff were responsive. In house chef, so food was great and feels very much like home cook food. Entrance fees to the mountain is included, do check in to accommodation before exploring the gorgeous mountain. Highly recommend if you want to experience a cliff view. Worth it.

設施：很不錯，一米八大床房足夠大，有沙發茶几，有小陽台，旁邊房是互相看不到的，除非把側窗簾開了，拖鞋都是能穿一段期間的那種，質量算很不錯了。洗澡用的拖鞋都特別乾淨特別新。細節很贊！房間是全屋智能，有天窗，可以看到星空，正對着床鋪上方的。基本上就在山頂了。距離最高點也就幾十米了。有車接送上山的。也看到有人自駕上來。酒店有個觀景大平台也特別好。就是夏天蟲子多，還有一種上山方式就是坐擺渡上來，但是要走一大截爬山路，台階路。但是我也體驗了。真是豁然開朗的感覺，如果不是帶娃，擺渡上來也很美了。
衞生：玻璃啥的都很亮，房間沒有煙味，廁所沒有下水道味，馬桶是智能的，洗手枱沒有水漬，有一個送的袋子裏有木製的梳子，拖鞋都是放在密封袋裡，特別乾淨。
環境：躺在床上可以看到星空。户外小陽台可以看到遠處稷山城鎮的燈火，聽雨看日出日落，酒店平台上吹着涼風山頂風光很不錯。就是蟲子好多。一定帶好驅蚊液。畢竟樹多草多，小黑蟲子啥的都會有。吃的東西最不符合國情了，感覺整一些香腸薯條沒有咱們的油條豆腐腦或者煎餅啥的中式早飯搭配美。在這裏吃飯總感覺寡淡，就是小孩子喜歡的花樣。不過也能理解，山上弄個飯菜可能不好運輸吧。推薦一個晚餐的烤魚，午飯的蝦仁滑蛋，這兩個特別好吃。
服務：有送的門票和擺渡車票索道🚡但是去之前沒仔細瞭解，帶着孩子想體驗一下索道沒想到索道距離酒店還是有一截距離，走路抱着娃上來下去雖是平移，也可把人累死了。為了讓孩子也體驗一下冰洞也是累死個人，畢竟是山，即便有擺渡索道，帶着孩子也還是要走半個多小時路的。
整體感覺就是安逸，休閑放鬆名副其實

這是近來最好的一次入住體驗，環境自不必説，雲丘山頂，優選輕野太空艙，感受雲端之上的風景，房間不大，各項功能齊全，門口的入户平台和小陽台都是品茶和看風景的不二之選。酒店的早餐雖然不是自助，但是味道絲毫不差，是個小驚喜。前台服務員非常有愛心，知道我們上山了，提前就在門口迎接，並幫忙拿行李，一直都是微笑着，很暖人。

酒店工作人員服務態度挺好，入住的時候會有工作人員幫忙拿東西和送傘。過中秋還給了一束花和月餅。退房的時候忘記拿東西了，工作人員還專門跑一趟幫我去拿。房間也很乾凈。就是我退房當天晚上發現價格便宜了好幾百。。。

劃重點：酒店在山上，距離玉皇頂索道步行十分鐘左右。我們到的當天有雨，山上煙霧繚繞，真的感覺似仙境般。
我們入住的九號倉，進入房間，去到陽台上，右邊可以看到纜車上下穿梭，左邊可以看到整個雲丘山，尤其是當天有雨，山中水霧很大，那種住在雲霧之上的感覺，可以想象一下
另外，不得不説，早餐很不錯，很精緻，廚師按份現做，孩子們很喜歡，吃的很開心
