This is a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The lobby and room were spacious and impressive with marble flooring. Breakfasts provided plentiful and decent Chinese and western food choices. A great hotel for families.

一家子出行 家庭房是必選的 前台服務很熱情
環境：房間很大 很寬敞
設施：廁所設計很有意思 就是水温不高 洗澡有點涼 燈光夠亮就怕暗暗的酒店
早餐應該是國慶假期的緣故 超級多人 位置都不好找 彷彿來了幾個旅行團的感覺 吃的選擇多 但是沒吃上啥 人太多了

這個酒店符合我的期待，因為我的工作和酒店有關係，以我對五星級酒店瞭解，該酒店其實可以做的更好。還需要提高一下就好了。
這次十一我是自駕過來的，最怕沒停車位，但在國投嘉悦不用擔心，有大量停車位，地下地上都有。 這個我打10分，這個酒店完整性很高，都是自己的，不像我第二天住的其他酒店樓層以及停車和其他酒店共用。（主要國投嘉悦入住全滿了，第二天沒位置所以）。
其次這個酒店的地理位置離古城和唐城距離稍遠，因為我想着總不是開車就沒在乎這些問題，旁邊宵夜，吃喝的地方比較少，不過可以點外賣。如果晚上早點入住酒店，酒店有一個點餐二維碼掃描以後可以訂吃的。題外話（我們那邊五星級酒店廚師24小時有人在，衹要客人需要就做，這點可以提高一下，雖然基本上沒人在酒店吃宵夜）再就是電視開機節目操作太複雜，有的人年紀大不會操作，應該像原來一樣一開機就看電視然後換台。順帶批評下前台，客人辦理入住，兩個工作人員當我麪聊天有點不大好吧？這個我很在意，覺得不被尊重。其實這個事情我很不高興。希望你們領導看到。
最後説下早上過早：
這麼優質的酒店，早上早餐，有點亂的感覺。人手不夠，客人走了，沒有及時打掃等。這個不能怪酒店，因為十一期間人太多了，大家將心比心，酒店的中層領導全部回來上班做服務了，我和一個酒店領導聊了好久。最後我給酒店打滿意10分，下次我還會來國投嘉悦，國企有保障。我期待酒店在提高一點，將來成為襄陽城市酒店的NO1。也是我對您們的期待，加油。

位置地段來説，還是比較方便，一個酒店一棟樓，樓下也有停車場，但是衹有停車場一半，晚了的話，還是不好停的，周圍吃的比較少，房間內部還是比較智能，這個房間的窗户還是可惜了，衹有一半。
