Perfect hotel for a family short trip to escape a busy city like Shanghai. Less than 2h by train, not far from the train station.
Very spacious hotel with beautiful view into the mountains. There is also a little lake and a tea field that belongs to the hotel. Great activities for kids like indoor playground, petting zoo, swimming pool - even if it rains, the children are easily entertained.
Great breakfast with good coffee and Western breakfast with selection of cereals + toast.
Very nice, helpful and attentive staff. Would definitely go there again.

酒店環境不錯，佔地面積大，綠化好，停車方便有充電樁。房間很大但設施老舊，體驗一般，衞生條件一般，打掃的不夠乾淨，還帶有一股黴味。早餐東西少味道還差。員工看到客人不打招呼也不問好。整體性價比一般。

環境好，後花園有一個茶葉田，挺特殊，前台辦入住挺快，因為淡季還升級到了朝南的房間，房間有浴缸，泡澡很舒適，還會提供浴缸套，早餐挺不錯，有新昌特色小吃，服務員會主動問要不要咖啡，後花園有黑天鵝，還有一個玫瑰夫人的莊園，裏面有一些可愛的小動物，退房很快，不用等，停車不用登記，是免費的，還有快充的充電樁。

酒店大堂有保安幫忙做指引，前台辦理入住熱情飽滿，房間面積足夠大，配備的佛手柑洗護產品很好用，早餐廳的工作人員熱情服務，幫忙做好領位並主動加水，新昌特色的春餅也很好吃，户外泳池很美，後花園的茶園看着馬上會有茶，據工作人員説還有采茶炒茶體驗，小動物的動物十分可愛，酒店環境十分優美，鬧中取靜早上還能聽到鳥叫聲，健康盒子體驗讓人對身體有一個簡單瞭解，冥想空間也十分適合當前這個社會，非常滿意的體驗👍👍👍
