房間挺好的，就是麻將機壞了，修了一次沒修好有點影響心情。浴池很多個，但是水面飄了一層污漬。房子的裝潢很驚艷，能看得出是花了心思的，特別喜歡木質的構造。旁側的別墅區入住率不高，有點荒蕪的感覺。總體感覺挺好

衞生：一如既往的好，第二次光顧了。晚上房間有蚊子要做好防蚊，我女兒就手上被咬了幾塊腫起來了環境：温泉池挺多的，温泉池適合一家大小一起泡也不覺得擁擠。服務：有添加專屬管家，可以及時解決我們的需要挺好的，很方便設施：很齊全！床圍和寶寶床都有免費提供。連我帶了食材要煲粥給寶寶吃的，都可以放客房急凍着保鮮，很贊👍🏻

設施：總體滿足需求，房間裏配備的東西也沒有隱形消費，就是房間有點老了，空調嗡嗡作響衞生：房間裏的泡池裡麪和浴室都有頭髮，其它還可以環境：温泉挺正，室外也不會很多蚊子服務：泡温泉經常有給倒水喝，服務還可以，加的管家男女不分的，一直喊我先生…… 8：40去用早餐，醃麪很好吃，但是部分東西放在保温盤裡還是涼的…

酒店整體體驗不錯，管家歡歡服務態度很好，很貼心的準備了兩個孩子的洗漱用品和小朋友浴巾，有求必應，基本上都是馬上回應，五星好評！酒店早餐也不錯，有當地特色的醃麪和基本的中西餐，公共區域的温泉每天都換水，房間的私池無限續泡，很贊，期待小童樂園開業值得二刷！
