We visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration.
Room facilities and amenities are very high end.
Value for price is excellent.
Venues and garden landscape is impressive.
We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5
Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5
Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there -
We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff.

酒店總體環境還是不錯，硬件設施還是挺好的，衞浴用的都是科勒品牌，洗護用品也是菲拉格慕，園林環境也挺好，但作為1000元以上價位的酒店，我不得不吐槽一下細節和服務，首先我們到店當天突然下起暴雨，辦理完入住後給了我們一輛像機場推行李的小車，自己推着行李回房間，因為下着暴雨雖然有屋檐但因為屋檐裏面是樓梯小車無法推行，衹能走外面，到房間後行李外面基本都被濺起的雨水打濕了，作為這個價位的酒店沒有送行李服務也是夠夠的，但服務員也沒有主動問，我也沒有主動要求給我送行李，這點我還算基本能接受，最讓我不能接受的是第二天早上我十點出門吃早點，然後直接就外出了，一直到下午6點到酒店房間任然沒有打掃（因為是温泉酒店頭天晚上已經在池子裏泡了温泉，浴巾都是臟的），沒辦法給酒店打電話請酒店安排人來打掃衞生，酒店答應後為了不影響打掃衞生，我和老婆就出去室外温泉泡了一個小時，回到房間後任然沒有打掃，又和酒店前台聯繫得到的回覆是，可能住客太多沒打掃過來。早上19點-到下午7點，沒能打掃過來房間，過會房間服務員來了，送了乾淨的毛巾和浴袍，説前台沒有通知仔細，以為我們衹是要毛巾，然後我們又出去吃飯，因為晚上12點左右才回來，等回來以後酒店大堂燈全關了，黑漆漆的感覺還挺恐怖，到了房間後終於打掃了，但很意外，頭一天沒有用完的洗護用品沒有一樣給我們換了新的，而且任然東倒西歪的隨意放在洗浴間裏（菲拉格慕一次性洗髮水這麼貴嗎？這麼省，每天一套新的洗護用品這不是正常嗎？），真的太無語了，馬桶是自動馬桶但遙控器是摔壞了的，用紙膠帶粘着，得按在電池安裝口那才能通電，這價位的酒店細節做的如此衹之差，房間面積挺大，但佈置感覺空曠，地毯挺臟，可能因為時間長了洗不乾淨，總體來説作為接近1300一晚上的酒店，體驗感差。不推薦。

去的時候人很少，服務挺好的，每天早晨就會換水清潔泡池，早餐算豐富。小孩哥每天嚷着要去泡澡🛀，周邊可以坐觀光車在大草坪和樹林裏狂奔吸氧，還有一個免費的無動力遊樂場。最驚喜的是旅拍服務啦，化粧小姐姐很細緻地陪你選合適的衣服，化粧效果很滿意！攝影大哥很會引導小孩，很有耐心。家裡老老小小拍的都很開心，連我那個挑剔的老媽都滿意極了。

比想象中還要好！衞生環境都乾淨整潔，園區裏面也特別乾淨，有好幾片大草坪，看的讓人心曠神怡。小朋友玩的無動力遊樂場也是，呆在裏面就不想走，真是太好玩了。非常滿意的一次休閑旅行。

先説優點，新酒店，設計審美在線，設施較新較全，園區內還有小朋友的遊樂場，親子好去處。餐廳的套餐量大好吃便宜。每一個服務人員都很友好熱情。然後再説缺點了，雖然服務人員很友好，但是服務能力着實有待提升，早上的行李車是叫不到的，餐廳是沒有酒水飲料的（衹有大堂吧有），備品是不足的（房間有全新的咖啡機沒膠囊），酒吧是沒有現成酒單的（這裏很有意思，號稱酒店備了幾十萬的古巴雪茄與威士忌，居然沒有菜單，服務員現場打電話才要來一份四不像的酒單，建議業主查下庫存，估計都是損耗），同時這種級別的酒店停車場沒有充電樁，還得去鎮上充... 這種服務質量與設施完全形成鮮明對比。建議帶小朋友親子出行的，要趁着酒店新早點去，還是挺不錯的。情侶度假要有一點品質需求的，那還是慎重選擇。

房間還行，環境也可以
1.就是連香皂都沒有配備，還要打電話給服務才送來
2.温泉水温不高，太低了，大概33度左右，泡完後感冒，天天打針吃葯，服務人員推薦了温度稍微高點的一個泡池6號，温度也不大高
3.早上朋友又去6號池泡的時候，準備放衣服在6號池邊上的儲物櫃，打開門，有馬蜂窩，還有馬蜂，差點給叮了，嚇一跳，要給那玩意叮咬一下，一定很酸爽

免費升級到帶私湯的大床。温泉舒適。早餐豐盛品類全，看着園景羣山，有點超脱。設計偏現代。公共區域温泉池也不錯，但衹是編號，不知區別，少了些故事。送的黔西南旅遊小書冊不錯，直接豐富了第二天行程。
