房間佈置得很温馨，孩子們特別喜歡小黃鴨，去了歐樂堡海洋世界，看了萌寵樂園，去了雲龍湖，這次房間在3樓，在房間裏沒有看到雲龍湖有點遺憾。酒店服務態度很好，給小朋友配了爬梯和馬桶墊，需要小朋友的拖鞋和一次性牙刷也很快就送到房間了。整體來説很滿意，性價比還可以。

服務很好，遇到了經理，看到我們有長者有孩子主動給升級了湖景房，遊玩的樂園也很適合一歲寶寶玩，有小動物和一些設施。徐州燒烤真是絕絕子，以後來徐州玩還住在這裏。

今天地理位置非常好，就在雲龍湖邊上早上的環境非常美，房間六層，可以看得見日出。完蛋了，小童樂園的門票裏面有各種小動物可以投喂，近距離接觸孔雀，就在腳下開屏，各種各樣的鸚鵡在身邊飛來飛去，在手裡吃鳥食，孩子們玩的非常開心

酒店在湖邊，風景好，早餐豐富，親子樂園很適合帶娃（衹送户外，室內另付費）有室內泳池，服務人員親切友好。就是酒店已有20多年，設施略有老舊，比如推拉門窗不好關，地毯很有年頭，睡覺前外面説話跑跳聲不咋隔音…但睡著了還行沒有被打擾。
