設施：工作人員給升級到私湯房型，房間很大有獨立温泉房，直接可從陽台看到對面的🦌和孔雀孩子很開心，酒店環境和設施用品都很贊
環境：在山頂，酒店很出片，非常漂亮 遺憾的是這個季節去山谷的花期已過，夏季比較熱，白天基本就衹能在酒店裡麪，如圖所示
衞生：酒店各個地方都非常乾淨，遇到打掃衞生的大姐（當地人）很熱情的幫我們把湯池重新清洗了一次。
服務：十里芳菲打造的是高端文旅，但是不知道服務的理念和定位是什麼？除了在餐廳用餐感受到專業和微笑的服務，其他很多都是問一句答一句，沒有情感和温度，整體感偏差。
（帶孩子做香包的小姐姐還是很温柔的）
入住酒店時遇到停車問題，連續打了3個酒店電話都無人接聽，微信聯繫也在忙線中……
遊樂場小意外；孩子進入遊樂場不到兩分鐘手指就被某部位劃傷，後面發現腿部也有掛傷，及時叫來工作人員進行消毒，後除了微信問了下説去排查，未有正式道歉，也無後續……酒店這種處理方式和態度難免讓人失望。

因為錯峯出行，酒店給我們免費升級了房型，意外的驚喜。房間很大，乾淨整潔，最重要的是天然温泉，非常舒服了，隨時都可以泡。酒店很大，環境很大，適合休閑，散步，呼吸新鮮空氣。我們帶孩子出行，每天各個時間都有一些活動可以參與，付費的，免費的都有，孩子超級開心和滿意。

交通：位置很好找，自駕跟着導航一路走就可以了，路邊就是酒店，但是如果是旺季去有可能不太好停車
硬件：酒店還算比較新，但可能是在山裡的原因，維護的不是很好，破損和部分區域的衞生有待提高,其他地方做的都不錯，除了沒有電視以外
服務：很熱情但不是過分熱情的那種，感覺到一種質樸的自然，輕鬆自在。對於客人的合理要求也是有求必應，很不錯
對於喜歡泡温泉的人來説，酒店是值得一去的，在硬件細節上再完善一下就更值得推薦了
ps：酒店有一道菜強推，名字忘記了，就是茶葉和排骨做的

設施：哪哪兒都挺好，訂個盲盒房開到了私湯套房，房間內大浴缸、二樓私湯泡池還有公區温泉泡湯；房內、衞生間內的特色用品都有温馨説明，很用心。竟然有手沖咖啡設備這就太超過同類酒店了，袋裝咖啡粉省去磨豆機環節不過犧牲了新鮮度，如果能用氮氣保鮮或者日期更近點就好啦。
衞生：沒得説，這麼大的房間，裏裡外外樓上樓下細節上都處理得非常到位；
環境：環境可太好了，設計得非常有特色，很好逛，一步一景
服務：歡迎水果、迷你吧、早安湯和大麴奇，而且有太多活動可以參與了；人生第一次看螢火蟲就這麼多、這麼驚艷；
有時間再來多住幾天慢慢體驗

超級棒👍酒店設計感拉滿，就像紀念碑谷裏的建築，充滿立體設計感，酒店的內部道路兩旁到處都是鮮花。服務非常貼心周到，讓人感覺非常舒服。提供的娛樂項目很豐富，酒店旁邊就是溪谷，和大自然結合的相得益彰。這次住的是私湯庭院房，天台上有花草和餐椅，還有獨立私密的温泉池，非常愜意。
