When we couldn't understand the language, they politely responded using a translation app on their smartphones. Also, when we requested a taxi, if we had any trouble, they told us to contact them on Wechat and followed us until we arrived at the hotel. However, I wish you would have called the taxi company instead of hailing a taxi on the street. I thought I would be able to stay more securely if there was a taxi contracted with the hotel or a courtesy car for sightseeing spots.
Anyway, thank you for your help during our stay.

在攜程上上選擇希爾頓逸林，下榻這家酒店感受到前廳服務人員最棒的服務，給我留下最深刻的是楊璐小姐姐和還有幽默風趣的前廳兩位經理，辦理入住的時候特意和我核對了我的需求，解決了我的需求並且詢問我有無其他需求。每一位工作人員都很熱心。為這支團隊打CALL點贊。
酒店的地理位置是在新城區，位於時代天街商圈中心，地處繁華，交通便利，對於來旅遊的人來説是一個不錯的選擇。
客房是參照標準豪華型，很寬敞，明亮，衞浴面盆乾淨沒，龍頭五金沒有水漬，馬桶配有供應女士的女賓袋和一次性馬桶套。很衞生，在打造客房基礎照明時，做了嵌入式的SDCM，確保燈光色彩統一，高度還原物體真實色彩，暖黃的光纖就像午後温柔的日光，幸福感爆棚！
停車也是比較方便的，並且是免費停車的。 客房反應速度很快，我離開房間的時候需要物品，客房也很快就送到了，衹不過我沒有在房間，客房阿姨怕打擾我給我放在了門口，謝謝客房阿姨、每一次的服務都是默默完成，避免客人與客房面對面，很值得點贊，沒有影響到我的休息。本人睡眠很淺，對於這樣酒店服務我很滿意，做到了賓至如歸的體驗，床品也是舒適柔軟，乾淨沒有異味。真正的將基礎標標準化。
同時酒店還配備游泳池，健身房，對愛運動的人來説是福音了，因為時間問題沒有去，下次在來。感謝24小時一直都在前廳的接待人員，感謝夜班唐經理和小吳，感謝希爾頓的每一位工作人員。我想

長時間的路途奔波到達酒店辦理入住已經是晚上了，酒店前台的服務態度非常好，是Rita幫助辦理入住的，始終保持微笑具有親和力，很貼心的通知客房預先準備了所需物品。酒店的位置也很方便，離動車站很近，對於出差人士是不二之選，客房衞生乾淨整潔。床鋪舒適，但對於我來説稍微有一點厚，客房服務響應速度快，是出差和旅行的不錯選擇。
