港府文華酒店，入住的非常滿意，酒店停車很是方便，電車也可以充電，工作人員服務很好，前台辦理完入住，由管家森林一路指引帶到房間，很貼心，房間裏乾淨舒適，房間可以看到很美的景色，酒店周圍空氣質量指數非常高，下次來鹽城還是選擇入住文華酒店！

酒店整體房間還行 但是櫃子和地板一直有味道 走廊上味道更重 房間裏從一進去就木頭味道很大
房間層高可以 還是比較舒服的 但是洗護用品太差了 遠遠沒達到星級酒店要求
整體性價比很低 雖然送了很多增值服務 烤串蛋糕不好吃 早餐廳一開始很熱 一邊吃麪一邊出汗 東西也不好吃 不知道這麼多評價裏的早餐品種豐富是豐富在哪裡

客觀評價：定酒店時看網上評分較低已有心理預期，雖花費千元，但到店後發現遠不止於想象。一進門有劣質裝修氣味，向服務人員提出後，建議更換其他房間，但其他房間氣味也同樣甚至更大，於是勉強進屋坐下，一看凳子竟沒有一把乾淨的，地毯上更是疑似嘔吐物未清洗，心想這也不是直接接觸，閉閉眼過去了，諮詢服務人員稱這是地毯本色。期間在屋內氣味的伴隨下已經關閉嗅覺器官，晚上一掀開被子，上面竟然是縫補過的洞，已經如此糟心的一晚上瞬間度日如年，給此次鹽城之旅留下難忘的回憶！還好衹定了一個晚上，徹夜未眠！

應該是鹽城天花板酒店了，高端豪華，管家森林在店期間服務很到位，酒店設施很完善，房間有個很大的泡池，孩子玩的很開心，户外有無邊泳池，健身房，騎行自行車，酒店緊鄰中華海棠園，離珠溪古鎮比較近，退房還送了小禮品，整體非常不錯，下次再來。

總體來説，性價比不高，不值這個房價，服務還是很不錯的
雙床房沒有帶陽台的湖景房，且房間比較小，兩張床間隔距離非常窄，房間衹能看到湖景的一角
酒店早餐必須誇一下，做的很用心，還是很不錯的
有三個户外泳池，一個是無邊泳池，稍微大一點，還有兩個小的小童泳池，雖然是户外，但也應該定期清理一下，刷一刷，真的很臟，不該僅限於服務人員拿個網撈撈漂浮物
攔不住孩子很想要游泳，結果孩子進去遊一會兒都嫌臟了，不願意遊了，游完出來泳帽上都是臟東西
