設施：雖然位置比較偏，但是這種自然風光的酒店位置偏才好，附近就是香樟華萍，隔壁有個在建的希爾頓，整體來説不錯。整個酒店是三棟樓，相隔不遠，還算方便。
衞生：房間衞生是可以的，有茶具，有茶海，美中不足的是廚房衞生比較一般，還有後麪一條沿着小溪邊的小橋可以用起來，建議可以加強管理。
環境：非常不錯，住在畫裏，度假非常好，酒店有充電樁，就是電費比較貴，有半山花園，游泳池，非常出片！
服務：還可以，入住前一天就加了微信進行溝通，整體感覺不錯！

環境：酒店整體設計風格獨特典雅，環境很好！有無邊泳池和温泉超級出片！雖然天氣受颱風影響會有點陰天，但是雨停霧散以後，青山顯現，三面環抱，煙霧繚繞，仙境。
衞生：衞生還不錯。如果可以提供卸粧水或濕巾的話就更好了～自己帶的卸粧油丟了，用了香皂，不過洗的也很乾凈。
設施：酒店設施基本完善。美中不足的地方是洗衣房，洗衣機少，洗烘一體，時間久，另外沒有消毒液和送衣到房的服務。
服務：服務很好，所有需求基本上都及時響應到，還延遲到14:00退房，15:20安排了送站服務（到高鐵大巴接駁站）。
旅拍七折券：天空之鏡、玻璃船、漂浮床等網紅場景通用:旅拍體驗了！攝影師很用心！一直在誇！拍攝也很專業！
無限次恆温養生温泉門票: 白天和晚上都體驗了，不同的風景和感受。
早餐很豐盛，艾草粑好吃的，黑芝麻餡兒。下午茶不太行，建議提供好吃的食物，少一點也沒關係，不能空有樣子。
奔馳專車來回接送站（任選一）:不是奔馳，但也不錯👍
