入住體驗很一般，服務人員入住和退房都很冷漠。小孩在酒店大堂手被劃破，我去要了創口貼，沒有任何慰問。
比較喜歡迎賓小食 但提個建議，餅乾有點受潮。
早餐不難吃，但品種太少。
不如希爾頓。

由於前兩天入住另一個酒店的不愉快，萬豪的入住確實體驗確實很不錯，設施設備先進齊全，早餐不錯，西式類很不錯，進大堂有人幫忙拿行李，環境優美也是我喜歡的風格，衞生還算乾淨，打掃房間也挺乾淨，值得給好評。入住辦理：前台漂亮妹妹Annie辦理入住及退房很絲滑🥰服務好的沒話説，推薦了很多好吃的好玩的，果然美女所見略同！！！個人比較滿意。關於房間：房間挺大，寬敞，兩張床也可以拼到一起，房間很出片，女生應該會喜歡💕其次淡季價格很實惠，還要什麼自行車啊，都來住吧

這是我在煙台住的第二家萬豪酒店了，一次走心的評價，從房間的整潔乾淨到酒店的服務非常周到細緻，特別是重點表揚前台的員工Annie，人長得好看氣質，對提出的需求從不推脱，總是想辦法滿足，主動關懷！這一點我想應該是別人很少做到的，當然我也沒有提很多過分的要求，房間的設施和酒店的設施都很先進且完善，環境方面佈置的風格很好，早餐好吃，很豐盛，作為一個不愛早起吃早飯的人來講！再次非常感謝Annie對我的服務！有機會會再過來！強推！

設施：酒店房間還是挺新的，也很寬敞，電視機下面的軟榻能坐能放東西，很贊，站在陽台上就能看海，下樓走一點點路就是沙灘，還能拍到海鷗。
衞生：房間打掃的挺乾淨的，阿姨也很負責，反饋的問題馬上就來處理了。
服務：酒店總體的服務都很熱情周到，車到酒店門口就有工作人員幫忙開關門，拿行李。大堂，電梯，走道遇到工作人員也會主動打招呼。客户歡關係的ROSE小姐姐特別貼心，入住前一天就電話詢問入住時間和需求，還幫忙安排了正對海攤的房間。進房間發現床單上有一點污漬，和Rose反饋後，五分鐘阿姨就和當天的客房主管一起來更換了。還準備了點心籃和蘋果汁，超級nice。退房時Aiela小姐姐詢問了入住體驗，還送了兩袋蘋果汁，服務也是超好的。

入住體驗感不錯衞生做得超到位，設施設備齊全齊全，安靜不吵鬧環境好，隔音在線。海景房視野特別好，樓下就是沙灘，還能抓到小螃蟹！交通便利，早餐種類夠吃，床品舒服，Airla服務也貼心，幾百塊住到這品質，真的很值！下次還來~
