A bit overcrowded during August (queue up for check-in) and difficult to find a spot for breakfast from 8-8:30am...
Tianma Pier is also busy and loud (until 10pm).

Nice hotel not that luxury unfortunately it's not that friendly to foreigners almost like any hotel in China.
But they had the presidential suites and it was very affordable and pretty nice.
