房間設施不錯，衞生也算乾淨，四周環境安靜，綠化很好，早餐一般，水果上一羣果蠅盤旋飛舞，餐廳服務員好像視而不見，前台接待比較差，住客平時路過都不打招呼也無點頭示意，感覺基本的禮儀欠缺。對於客人對周邊情況的諮詢也是回答的亂七八糟毫無專業可言，酒店很新但是服務質量太不匹配，讓人很失望。

離市區遠是唯一的缺點，如果自駕的話很推薦住，五一的價格很合適。酒店環境很好，停車免費，房間也挺大，服務很好，有小朋友的拖鞋和洗漱用品，還送了小朋友小禮物👍周邊還有卷橋河公園，可以帶娃去玩。可以點外賣，就是機器人送餐有點太慢了，外賣送到之後等了十幾分鍾才送上來。浴室衹有一個小花灑，如果有頂噴就更好了。

宜昌之行的最後一晚，恰逢兒子七歲生日，酒店送了長壽麪，晚餐點的幾個小菜也做的很好，我願稱之為宜昌最寬敞的酒店，環境優美安靜，服務人員熱情禮貌，全家人都很滿意。

優點：設施不錯 環境安靜 離各景區基本開車1h可達 出門5min一個微型商圈 也比較方便 部分服務細節都做得不錯 唯一有點建議是給餐廳的：早餐需要提升下 無論是種類還是品質 另連續兩天晚餐在酒店點餐 雖然人手不夠但服務態度很好 然菜的口味有需要提升 肥魚味道寡淡 酸湯蝦毫無酸湯味 略有失望 以上為用餐者的集體意見
