房間很大，設施比較全，玩了一天晚上回去還可以看投影。服務態度很好，免費升了房型，推薦270度觀景的房型，風景比其他房型看上去更好。温泉水是幫忙放的，管家在微信上答覆的很及時，午餐晚餐都會問要不要在酒店吃，還幫忙洗烘衣服，很好的體驗。

入住體驗超棒，避世民宿，4樓的無邊泳池超級棒，沒想到的是暑假期間水也特別乾淨，維護得很好，每個服務人員都很熱情，景觀更是絕了，這一趟來得真的很值，期待下次再來

房間硬件很滿意，周圍環境和民宿環境都超級棒。民宿的農家菜真是很不錯，尤其水蒸蛋，兩個娃吃了一盤還沒吃夠。游泳池超級乾淨，游完之後身上沒有消毒水的味道，我們家弟弟過敏體質，但是游完都沒有癢。酒店有兩衹可愛貓貓，也能消磨小孩子的時光。另外，雖然周圍環境綠化很好，但是酒店基本沒有蚊子，兩個娃都沒被咬，滅蚊做的很好。

小紅書上種草很久的酒店，周圍環境很好，酒店內有設計感，陽台外風景優美，還有一個大泡池。酒店不對外開放，私密性強，樓頂還有一個超大無邊泳池，拍照特別出片。前台還免費贈送了附近T三茶園門票兩張，星願嶺上的日落美不勝收。

自駕會方便一些～不過我們讓管家幫忙租了電瓶車，自己環繞英西峯林看風景，沿途風景都非常美麗，還有各種各樣的雲朵，根本不夠看，我們房間樓上還有一個泳池，隨時隨地都可以上去游泳已經很滿足了，這裏的生態真的很棒！

環境不錯，挺舒服的，躺在長椅上。
覺得挺休閑，水池水也是重新換。
有幫提行李，前天微信有問有答，挺好的
唯一不足就空調太吵，如果控制温度往上調一下會安靜一下，空間一不夠冷開始製冷又開始吵。
餐廳晚上吃飯的時候，服務員美女看到了有個蒼蠅在那個炒肉上爬行，二話沒説，端起來就説重新給我炒一盤，這個細節不錯。
