作為義烏的等級最高的酒店，我第一次來入駐酒店，選擇了香格里拉，結果本次體驗讓我窒息一樣的無措，先説浴室，通常五星酒店標準兩條擦臉巾 兩條擦手巾 兩條浴巾，一條腳墊，結果腳墊沒有，擦手巾沒有，且擦臉巾及浴巾已經使用到質感發硬，我不知道該酒店都還在使用如此品質的嗎？其次堂堂的五星級酒店居然沒有冰箱，我在此不去奢望有禮遇飲料的配置 你至少該有個冰箱吧，沒有。最後該酒店的床頭插座居然沒有電，他衹顧自己安裝一個所謂的共享充電器，而放棄原本該有的一個基礎供電設施，你們的盈利點 就是那麼低嗎，這次體驗 我可以講現在酒店業那麼卷，各行各業多在升級，我離開時居然抬頭看看是否是真的香格里拉，一聲歎息。

這次入住體驗超預期！酒店位置太便利了，步行5分鐘到商貿城，周邊商場、特色餐館一應俱全，晚上逛完街回來很方便 。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品不錯，衞浴乾濕分離設計很貼心，隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息完全不被打擾 。前台小姐姐Ella特別熱情，還有eileen，ailce小姐姐主動推薦了本地小眾景點和避坑攻略，還幫忙寄存行李，服務細節拉滿。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很地道。性價比絕了，下次來還選這家！
