I had the best stay at this hotel! It's like the best service I've ever encountered in china. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features

I had a wonderful stay at Yixing Loong retreat xishan hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is 15 minutes drive from the main town, which the serenity of the area is definitely worthwhile! Highly recommended, I’d definitely come back!

周邊環境很好，管家服務包括接駁車服務總體也不錯。但是餐廳上菜效率過低，到的當天點了四個菜，居然有兩個菜是接近一小時才上，如果提前知道是這個效率不會在這裏用餐。。早餐也比較一般。。另外訂雙床房前詢問了是否可以以大床墊拼接，答覆肯定後訂房。結果實際是一層布，兩床縫隙非常明顯。房間的熱水器也有問題。總體低於預期。

我們自駕車停於停車場，有酒店接駁車接送，酒店雖位於景區內，但很安靜，春天整個酒店被一片綠意包圍。酒店服務非常好，管家時刻提醒關心，還主動幫我們中餐廳定位，酒店中餐廳的菜品也非常好吃。景區內東坡閣酒店也可以派車接送，非常用心。最後退房酒店還貼心的送了伴手禮😀目前小鎮商務周邊還沒完全完善，等以後更完善會再去玩，在入住這家酒店

這間酒店絕對不是c4的服務和規格。因為看了某試睡員的榜單決定體驗一下國牌，比較失望，在前面總結一下幾個問題，願意看的朋友請繼續：1. 備品裏有頭髮 2. 房間一半插頭損壞，馬桶偶爾不沖水 3.早餐提供過期食品 4.服務漫不經心
龍隱溪山給人一種搖擺在標準與不標準之間的感覺。你能感受出它的大概體系，但有很多小的問題讓它偏離
設計和硬件：
很愛燈帶的運用，總體色調柔所以客房設計中的一抹高飽和藍讓人摸不着頭腦。
客房智能集成用了小度，高智能化，自動窗簾，照明，馬桶。照明分類種類略繁複（大概十幾種燈）操作上不夠便捷。
此處出現第一個問題：智能馬桶不沖水，或者説偶爾罷工，按鍵遙控不能用（這也會引到後期服務問題）。酒店建成三年？僅這一間客房就有一半的插頭都壞了。
客房自帶Nespresso咖啡機，但膠囊來自於平替cafe royal，這個無可厚非。茶品選擇有四種，是放在四個不密封大茶罐裏的
備品：
洗浴菲拉格慕，其餘自生產的備品衞生堪憂，封閉的浴帽裏竟然還有頭髮，見圖
早餐：
種類比較侷限但我個人覺得是用了點心的，有宜興特色黑米飯和煎餅，葛根粉，百合湯，西點類是現成買的和連鎖酒店一樣，問題在包裝好的零食竟然是過期的！！！各位寶媽小心
另外，酒店餐廳外自帶大約15？m泳池，1.2米深泳池，池壁略泛黃，酒店自帶龍隱餐廳很好，非常推薦。雅達健身中心泳池值得體驗但衞生也不行
服務：龍隱溪山的服務是不統一的，類似於老的國營企業有鐵飯碗的員工，工作方式有濃濃的生活氣息。接待入住的前台熱情負責但也碰到過別的情況：閑暇時住客需要等前台和穿便服人員（櫃枱內）説完話才能被服務到的，開始服務後前台繼續看手機心不在焉，等等。退房時慣例和前台提出體驗和問題，前台的態度是：你們當時提出呀我們給你解決。無後續致歉。原來一句致歉可以帶過的事非要用巧妙的話術，直接把酒店過失部分轉移到住客：你的問題在於你遇到問題時不作為。作為前台有沒有考慮到房客的不便？時間成本？或事情已發生如何解決？
最後，同城度假住宿的話個人推薦隔壁國際牌c3。 如果選擇了龍隱，可以試試夜幕將至步行到東坡閣，真的很美

早晚可以漫步在陽羨湖林蔭畔，
不得不贊嘆雅達集團的選址和魄力，
確實是個休閒度假，避暑團建，養生娛樂的好地方。

算上1k以內的酒店，也是此生住過最差的酒店
1.隔音
是半夜十二點能清晰聽清楚樓下泡温泉的人説話內容的程度 走廊的隔音也很差 能聽的很清楚講話內容
入住兩天每天如此 甚至有小孩惡作劇摁門鈴
2.定的三千多沒有温泉的房間 房間很小 景色不咋地 僅限於酒店裡的造景和街景 周邊還都是公共開放的 導致遊客很多 很喧鬧
公共温泉衹有三個緊挨着的小池子 沒任何亮點 更衣室還衹有四個櫃子 衹能等別家換完了再進去換衣服
在早餐椅子上發現一坨咀嚼過的肉還是魚？還差點坐上去
這三千多到底體現在哪？
總結：和詐騙與胡亂定價行為別無二致
