This stay was amazing! As soon as you enter the room, the clean and warm environment makes you feel more favorable. The bed is clean and soft, and you can sleep soundly all night. The room facilities are also complete, smart devices are easy to use, and the TV and air conditioning run smoothly. The bathroom has no odor and the toiletries are of high quality.
The hotel's service is even better. The front desk checked in quickly and enthusiastically, and also recommended interesting places around. The cleaning lady will replenish supplies in a timely manner and respond promptly when needed. There are many delicious restaurants around, convenient transportation, and it is very close to the subway station. 抹塵根本就不到位，第一天凌晨才入住，十一點多就開始打電話催，還有大姐一直來敲門，説我這是12的房，我請問呢你們的人性化服務呢？本來一直對漢庭的印象都挺好的，後面不再會選擇漢庭！

被分配了個地下一層的房間，設施一般，最難受的是非常冷，空調開半天不管用。打電話問前台，説是集中供暖，空調不制熱是自然風，整晚都沒暖和過來。另外，找前台要一次性刮鬍刀，居然衹給刀具沒有刮鬍子塗的泡沫，問客户説衹有刀具，簡直無語了。。。
