Very clean, very beautiful place, services are 11/10, clerks and butlers are very kind and supportive.
Pan Pan was our butler, and he was very helpful from the beginning of our stay and during our check-out. Very recommended food was good, accommodation was clean and beautiful, place was really really amazing!

Peaceful, rural farm location with incredible and thoughtful architecture, that is exactly what we needed after a long day with loud crowds in the national park. Although a little ways from town, the view, amenities, service, and upfitment is world-class. The beds are supremely comfortable and the setting is absolutely unforgettable.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the highest level of customer service. The service here is exceptional and truly client-oriented. The location is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature and meditating. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. If you are choosing where to stay, look no further! It's very close to the national park and is the ideal place to escape the city hustle. Highly recommended!

特別特別美的風景 就在武陵源邊上～餐廳也不是很貴。每個房間都配備了管家，會提前聯繫溝通好行程～游泳池超級出片！！！拍了很多美美的照片！！！很適合親子出遊/遠離城市喧囂想親近大自然的朋友們！！！而且設施也特別的齊全吹風機是戴森的 沐浴露洗髮露是歐舒丹的🥹🥰

這次入住真的太太太驚喜了，必須給滿星好評！
從到店開始，工作人員就熱情得讓人心裏暖暖的，辦理手續超快，還主動幫忙提行李，耐心介紹店裡的設施和周邊玩法，細節裏全是用心。
房間更是沒話説！乾淨得發亮，床品柔軟到躺下就不想起來，隔音效果超棒，晚上安安靜靜睡得特別香。衞浴用品質感很好，熱水充足又穩定，連洗漱台的鏡子都帶着柔光，女生化粧超方便～
餐飲也完全驚艷！早餐種類超豐富，有現做的熱粥、包子，還有新鮮水果和精緻小甜點，味道地道又好吃。晚餐嘗試了店裡的特色菜，食材新鮮，分量超足，每一口都透着誠意，性價比絕了！
店裡的環境也很舒服，公共區域佈置得温馨又有格調，不管是坐下來喝杯茶還是和朋友聊天都很愜意。地理位置也超方便，離地鐵口步行幾分鐘，周邊吃飯、逛街、打車都超順路，出行完全不用操心。
退房時工作人員還笑着問體驗怎麼樣，主動幫忙叫車，全程服務都讓人感覺像在朋友家一樣自在。
總之，從服務、衞生、環境到餐飲都挑不出一點毛病，已經把這家店列入“下次來必住清單”，真心推薦給大家，來這裏絕對不會後悔！
