From the moment we landed, ZiShan Ecological Resort impressed us with their attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Even before our arrival, we were assigned a dedicated butler via WeChat who was incredibly responsive — we requested a customized route from the airport to the hotel, and they kindly arranged it without hesitation. The staff throughout the resort were consistently attentive, professional, and always smiling, which made the stay feel warm and effortless. The breakfast area was a lovely surprise — cozy, calm, and overlooking greenery that made mornings feel slow and peaceful. The breakfast options rich with Chinese breakfast options. ZiShan doesn’t just offer a place to stay； they create a sense of care in every detail. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a seamless, quite, and serene retreat. We had an amazing stay at this resort positioned in a special location, close to the main entrance of the park and surranded by an amazing landscape. Perfect organization, excellent food, and flawless English-speaking staff. They arranged everything, from guides to daily needs. Lulu from the team was truly outstanding and unforgettable. I would come back tomorrow 😊

We have travelled over 40 countries all over the globe and the hospitality of this place was par excellence. From our welcome to our departure, everything was meticulously taken care of. We had a 24/7 butler available, Mr. Xiaoyun was so warm and friendly. The vibes of the place is amazing. We were picked up at airport and had transport facilities available for minimal charges. We celebrated our anniversary here and they surprised us by decorating the room with red roses and balloons, giving us one of the most tastiest cakes with accessories. They even prepared complimentary special pizza for our kids as we had some dietary requirements. They even offered us complimentary upgrade for our rooms which we couldn't avail as our kids were so happy with the decorated rooms. We missed our breakfast but Mr. Xiaoyun packed us our breakfast and brought to our rooms. The spa was just perfect with great therapist. I would suggest every one should book this place which is at a super convenient location amidst the mountains and near the national reserve Park and have great room options which should be booked well in advance. We have spent our best moments in this beautiful place and wish we could have booked much earlier. I would love to visit here again
