必須給管家小玉一個大大的五星🌟好評，小玉服務給我們帶來滿滿的幸福感。剛到酒店就熱情地幫我們搬運行李，把行李送到房間的同時，還細心介紹早餐廳營業時間和樂園位置，讓我們對酒店的設施設備有了大概的瞭解，非常貼心，
第二天我們前往普陀山，小玉的服務更是讓我感動不已。她主動幫忙照看長者和小朋友，不僅將長者和孩子安全送到幻想島小童樂園，還全程陪伴，在結束遊玩後又幫忙把長者孩子帶回房間，還幫忙申請了延遲退房，照顧得無微不至。這種私人管家式服務，真正做到了想客人所想，解客人所憂，非常感謝小玉讓我們能安心出行[合十]，沒有任何後顧之憂。舟山森泊酒店的服務品質遠超預期，絕對是家庭出遊的首選，下次一定還會再來！

房間臨海，去的那兩天風特別大，如果風小一點在陽台上坐坐還是很愜意的。酒店本身就有個户外的小遊樂場，比較適合低齡寶寶。另外還送了樂園門票，孩子玩得不想走。這次趕時間衹完了兩小時，住店客人的門票有效期到次日5點，可無限次進入，下次入住可以多安排些時間玩。特別感謝度假管家小辰，提前跟我們溝通，為孩子們安排了床圍欄、小童洗漱用品和踏步，有任何疑問都能及時給出答案。酒店的工作人員態度都非常好哦！

我們是親子出遊，管家小夢幫忙做了升級，房間很贊，正對大海，酒店設施完善，遊玩體驗很棒。小朋友玩的很開心。工作人員都很熱情，看到都會很熱情的打招呼。小朋友腳刮破了點皮，小夢也積極幫忙處理了，感謝管家小夢，雖然淡季人不是很多，但是一點都不影響工作人員的熱情，個人感覺淡季體驗感很好。

算是錯峯遊，週六人比想象中少很多，體驗感很好。去過杭州森泊，舟山這邊好像要小一點但這邊更新。管家小樂很熱心服務周到，還送了伴手禮。每年一次的普陀山可以多預留一天讓小朋友玩！邊上就有很多飯店，舟山的海鮮排檔是性價比真高，下次還來👍

如果去普陀山不住島上我建議來這家酒店 1、酒店比較新開業大半年除去了軟件 硬件上青澀正是時候；2、服務超好 森泊的服務在整個開元系裡算頂流，衹要不是特別難做的需求度假管家都能滿足你，我們的度假管家小夢，是我住過的森泊服務最好的管家，入住期間給我們推薦了當地的美食和好玩的地方，我們都去打卡了，非常不錯喲， 3、夕陽海景房太美了，在房間的陽台就可以看到絕美的日落4、就在酒店吃 要是再懶點 客房點餐 沒服務費 沒清潔費 如同卡片上説的從鍋裏到嘴裏十分鐘 再好的美食也取決於温度，絕對推薦。
