錯峯出遊，體驗特別贊。必須表揚前台的小蘆，深夜耐心辦理入住，介紹酒店各項服務，東沙看海，海天台温泉等。她不僅是個人業務能力強，這種熱情專業的服務精神也代表了酒店的優秀水準，很滿意的一次入住體驗！

不是第一次來舟山，但是第一次住絲路，堅持出乎意料的滿意，尤其感謝絲路的員工，絲路前台小蘆，海天台員工王林張明菊，這次出行定的家庭房，挑高很高，屋子住的很舒心，缺點就是屋子裡除了床上沒啥地方可坐着，有個椅子就是坐着不咋舒服，如果屋子裡能有兩個舒服的單人沙發簡直完美了。自助晚餐也很可以，種類很多，即使你有不愛吃的也能找到其他能吃的，價位198也不算貴，120以下崽免費。送的海天台的温泉票，每個員工都有很主動的服務意識，又非常熱情，不管問題是什麼，先從言語上安撫想辦法並落實解決問題，住了兩天後轉定開元森泊為了孩子玩，結果現在已經後悔了，一對比簡直絲路就是唯一首選。
設施：孩子玩耍的少了一些
衞生：門口大堂感覺員工清潔很頻繁，我在大堂外面做用濕巾擦了桌面居然一點都不黑，可見剛擦過不久。
服務：大部分員工都很優秀
東沙景區暢遊:早上看日出太便利，
雙人温湯門票:非常好。

整個行程非常的超預期。沒入住前就有專員進行對接，還免費升級了豪華大床房，房間設施也是非常好。温泉區的服務更是無微不至，酒店服務人員馬志明、小石、小韓等都給予了我們非常多的優質服務。非常好的一次體驗。

元宵節後來度假，酒店入住客人不多，設施很齊全，短駁車很方便，温泉很棒，可以在海邊泡着温泉，聽着海浪拍打沙灘的聲音，看着夕陽的太陽緩緩的消失在海平面上。早上可以在沙灘看日出，室內游泳池沒去，在温泉的無邊際游泳池泳了一會，30℃的水温，冬天遊起來也不覺得冷。酒店旁邊的烏石塘和南沙景區也去玩了，冬天也沒什麼人，裏面遊樂設施也沒開放，白山可以去爬下，在山頂上風景還不錯，不過除了風景也沒別的。
在這裏特別要表揚酒店工作人員小劉和小錢，工作超棒，服務熱情又細心，五星好評！

性價比拉滿，酒店很大也很漂亮，可以拍照，到沙灘步行可達，沙灘有沖浪，附近也可以環島騎行。酒店有海邊温泉，有小魚足療，温泉的楊梅阿姨服務特別好，還給我甩乾衣服，穿浴袍，超出預期，很棒！
