La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich is an imaginary yacht club that is both timeless and contemporary. Certain materials such as varnished mahogany are reminiscent of boats and the world of sailing, as are the regatta photos lining the corridors.

國外的房間都普遍偏小。五一出國遊玩，還是不錯了，服務很到位，客服很温柔，整體感覺不錯。但是遇上假期。價格還是有點大呀

實際跟平台圖片出入很大，感覺被欺騙。1萬多一晚上的湖景房，陽台上凌亂不堪，插滿旗，“見縫插針”的看湖。房間小的可憐，一個人住都嫌侷促…
早餐少的可憐，餐具臟的要死（要求服務員換了兩次碟子，第三次再拿來時已經毫無食慾）。
除了地理位置好（旁邊就是班霍夫大街），還能點讚的也就門衞老爺爺了，聽到我打車去因特拉肯，上車時特意叮囑司機“要小心，一定要送到地方”。服務這個四星就是打給老爺爺的，不然真是一分都不想給。

Beautiful and unique hotel right on the lake. The interiors feel like a sailing yacht and everything feels thoughtful and seamless. The welcome was very personal and caring and the view from the room was spectacular. The food was also amazing especially the famous burger and the room service breakfast. Thank you to the whole team!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and in a perfect location. The rooftop restaurant is a must, and breakfast in the main restaurant. Rooms were beautiful with incredible views. Lake-side swimming area across the road is a must - and the hotel was great in providing passes for this
