It was built in the 1930s and is a famous scenic sanatorium in China, covering an area of more than 70 hectares. The so-called "Eight Passes" is because there are eight roads here (now increased to ten), named after the famous passes of the ancient Great Wall of China. This is a famous villa area, known as the "World Architecture Museum". About Photography: The area of Linhuaiguan Road, Wushengguan Road, and Jiayuguan Road is full of lush trees, and any random shot is very photogenic. A hidden gem near Zhanqiao Pier in Qingdao!: It's just a short walk to the beach. It's so enjoyable to go clamming in the morning and play in the sand in the evening! The huge HD screen is perfect for watching movies at night. The loft with a slide is perfect for families with children! The location of the homestay is great, right next to Zhanqiao Pier! It's within walking distance to the Sixth Bathing Beach and the Catholic Church, and Signal Hill Park is nearby. The subway station and bus stop are just downstairs, making it very convenient to get around. Not to mention, it's located on Zhongshan Road, a commercial street in Qingdao, surrounded by a variety of food and shopping options. The barbecue, seafood, and snack street are all mouth-watering. The loft with a slide is amazing! The children's slide, large screen projection equipment, and the sea view floor-to-ceiling windows - every detail is a pleasant surprise. Sitting by the window and staring out at the sea view, it feels like time has stopped. The kids play on the slide while the adults watch TV shows and chat. This is the perfect vacation. The facilities are also top-notch, with bright and comfortable wooden decor. There's a fully automatic washing machine, refrigerator, rice cooker, and a variety of cooking utensils. The fresh seafood brought back from the seafood market can be turned into delicious dishes with a little cooking. The address is in the Mingchenghui, Xiaogang Street, Shibei District, Qingdao. There are a variety of room types here, whether you're a couple or a family, there are rooms for 2-6 people! I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Qingdao!

Qingdao Huangdao Dazhushan Scenic Area is absolutely stunning.

🌟🌟 As soon as I entered the scenic area, I was captivated by the jelly-like reservoir. The color is just too beautiful. Qingdao is truly a summer retreat at this time of year. Even hiking isn't too hot. Although the sunlight is strong, the cool breeze makes it bearable. The lush, dense forest contrasts with the massive stone walls. You can't truly appreciate their grandeur unless you stand beneath them. The mountains around Qingdao are truly beautiful. The various stunning trees, the live fish in the reservoir, and the pleasant scent of the forest all make climbing Dazhushan worthwhile in the summer.🔥 👉 Be sure to bring plenty of water and food when hiking here. Water is only sold at the flat area at the foot of the mountain. Many people come here for hiking. I overheard an elderly gentleman saying that it takes 4 hours to hike from one entrance to the other exit. So, you can just climb part of the way and turn back. It's best to climb to a certain height where you can see the sea. This is a city with both mountains and sea. The residents here are so lucky!👏👏

1. The old consulate area We spent the morning at The Sablon. Coffee, waffles and some cold beer in the sun. The cafe is inside the former Belgium consulate and very close to the former Norwegian consulate that we came to see and then discovered this wonderful place to sit down and relax. Address - Taipingjiao 1st Road and Zhanshan 1st Road Intersection Highlights - German old architecture Rating - 5/5 2. Seafood by the May 4th square Walking distance from the subway stop. We went to see the monument but then we were also very hungry so we found a seafood restaurant just nearby. At most seafood restaurants you can order set menus with a mix of different things from the sea but also vegetables and some meat dishes. Old German town There is a Mini beer festival near the St Michaels cathedral. Vendors selling everything from drinks, desserts and souvenirs. Very nice architecture that reminds you of Europe. The deserted island bookstore is located in a corner of Lao She's former residence, with a yellow-gray exterior wall, red-brown doors and windows, and a simple solid wood sign, which is low-key and full of literary temperament. Walking into the bookstore, the solid wood old furniture from the 1930s comes into view, and the portraits of Lao She, Xiao Hong and others are displayed on the bookshelves. The 'Life and Death Block' and 'August Countryside' with a history of more than 80 years are placed in a prominent position in the bookstore as the treasures of the town. The night view is great, and it's also nice to see it early in the morning. Staying at a hotel nearby, the view of the pier from the window is exquisite. It's really nice to take a walk around the area. On the right side of the bridge, there's an area that looks like a rocky island where many people turn on their phone flashes at night and seem to be catching something. On the left side, there's a sandy beach where a lot of people play in the water. In the morning, there are people who go boating and enjoy various other water sports. The constant flow of people indicates that it must be a famous spot. If you're nearby, try visiting twice, morning and evening... However, the peak summer season is too crowded.
