Kaohsiung Taipei Leisure Hotel
🗓️Itinerary:
This 8-day, 7-night trip to Taiwan started from Kaohsiung and went all the way to Taipei. We enjoyed the fun of free travel. We chose to charter a car to make the whole journey more relaxed and comfortable.
Day 1: Kaohsiung
On the first day in Kaohsiung, we strolled around the booming city and felt the perfect fusion of modernity and tradition. In terms of food, the braised pork rice is definitely a delicacy that cannot be missed. It is fragrant and tastes good.
Day 2: Tainan
On the second day, we came to Tainan. This ancient city made people feel like they had traveled back in time. Walking in the old streets and alleys, we tasted Tainan's unique noodles and stinky tofu. The authentic taste was unforgettable.
Day 3: Alishan, Chiayi
The cherry blossoms and sea of clouds in Alishan are breathtakingly beautiful. We went to see the sea of clouds early in the morning. The clouds and mist were lingering, as if we had walked into a dream world. In the cherry blossom season, the cherry blossoms in the mountains bloomed, and every scenic spot was full of poetry.
Day 4: Sun Moon Lake
Next is Sun Moon Lake, with clear water and picturesque scenery. We strolled along the lake, took a boat trip on the lake, and enjoyed the tranquil natural scenery.
Day 5: Taichung
The Fengjia Night Market and Pinball Shop in Taichung are experiences that cannot be missed. Fengjia Night Market has a wide variety of delicious food, including sausages, stinky tofu, and fried chicken. Every bite makes people unable to stop eating. The memories of the Pinball Shop are also full of childish fun, and we had a lot of fun.
Day 6: Taichung Flower View Sea of Flowers
The Flower View Sea of Flowers in Taichung is like a dream. The colorful flower fields stretch endlessly. It is a good place to take pictures. Walking in it is like entering a world of flowers.
Day 7: Taipei Geothermal Valley Hot Spring Hotel
When I came to Taipei, I specially arranged a night at the hot spring hotel in the Geothermal Valley. I enjoyed the steaming hot springs and my body and mind were greatly relaxed.
Day 8: Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf, Ximending
On the last day, I went to Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. Although the weather was cold, I could still feel the sea breeze and beautiful scenery standing on the pier. Afterwards, we went shopping in Ximending to experience Taipei's urban atmosphere and unique street culture.
Although this trip was already wonderful, it was a pity that we were not able to arrange to go to Yilan and Hualien. The natural scenery there has been lingering in my mind, and I look forward to making up for this part of the trip next time.
